★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prokopp ist ein kleiner Biomarkt mit sehr gutem Sortiment. Ich habe dort alles kaufen können, was ich für die Zubereitung meiner raw-veganen Torte gebraucht habe.
Obwohl ich praktisch in der letzten Minute vor dem Geschäftsschluss mit einer riesigen Liste reingeplatzt bin, hat mich die Verkäuferin sehr nett betreut und mir alles gezeigt, was ich wollte.
Natürlich sind die Preise höher als das, was man aus anderen Läden ohne Bio Produkte gewohnt ist, aber nicht höher als die Preisen in anderen Bio Geschäfte.
Prokopp is a small organic market with a very good range. I was able to buy everything there that I needed to prepare my raw vegan cake.
Although I popped in with a huge list practically in the last minute before close of business, the saleswoman looked after me very nicely and showed me everything I wanted.
Of course the prices are higher than what one is used to in other shops without organic products, but not higher than the prices in other organic shops.

This shop was quite different.
Usually I get my loose leave tea there. St. Pölten does not have any.
Another customer asked for the same thing and an employee responded to her to go through their shelf and look for it herself. Beg a pardon??
Natural soap is limited too. Didn't have the one I usually get.
And even with already 4 customers queuing up at their only checkout, the employed girls still hide in the store, talking and giggling .... with the door open, so you can see them.
Sorry, a premium $$$ store should offer a bit more customer care.
