Very nice and professional staff. Ms. Gencer in particular stands out for her professional and courteous advice. They also offered me samples of a few items - cookie, cracker, lemon cake, and a non caffeinated hot coffee drink that I could enjoy with that lemon cake slice! They had some interesting breads that were very different from others I have tried. I purchased a few extra items to try as the samples were good.
The staff spoke English and were very helpful. I had bought a snack a few days before and they remembered my purchase. They are very close to the #10 tram stop and also close to other grocery stores. So you can easily get everything you need on this block.
