Die zwei Verkaufsdamen waren in einer scheinbar hitzigen Debatte über irgendetwas/irgendjemanden und keine der zwei hatte sich bemüht, mir bei meiner Produktsuche zu helfen. Als ich sie fragte, wurde ich schnell und unfreundlich abgefertigt und als ich das Produkt kaufte, wurde es so schnell kassiert, dass mir richtig vermittelt wurde, sie bei ihrem Gespräch gestört zu haben!! Bei so einer Atmosphäre will man gar nicht mehr dort hingehen! Schade! The products are good - but the sales force is not. Shopping for goods today - nothing was going on at the time. The two sales ladies were in what appeared to be a heated debate about anything / anyone and neither of the two had bothered to help me find my product. When I asked her, I was dealt with quickly and unfriendly and when I bought the product, it was collected so quickly that I was properly conveyed that I had disturbed her conversation !! With such an atmosphere you don't want to go there anymore! Pity!

Unhöflich, genervt und nicht mal annähernd Zeit für eine kurze Beratung, obwohl nicht viel los war, aber anscheinend muss man Samstags andere Tätigkeiten durchführen als verkaufen. Gerade in Bereichen wo Artikel wesentlich mehr kosten als anderswo sollte das Service passen. Ganz schwer enttäuscht. 5 stars for products 1 star for the staff The two ladies who were on duty today, how should we put it - a pure catastrophe and honestly we are not used to it as a customer of yours. Rude, annoyed, and not nearly time for a short consultation, although not much was going on, but apparently you have to perform other activities Saturday than selling. Especially in areas where items cost much more than elsewhere, the service should fit. Very disappointed.
