Vorgefunden haben wir eine geschlossene Apotheke und die MitarbeiterInnen haben am Nebeneingang die Örtlichkeit in den Feierabend verlassen. Schade. Apparently opening hours are just recommendations. We wanted to redeem a recipe today at 17:58. We found a closed pharmacy and the staff left the place at the side entrance in the closing time. Too bad.

Jeder der denkt das man bei dieser Lage und bei diesem Stress noch eine umfangreiche beratung bekommt hat wohl noch nie in seinem Lebe gearbeitet. Ich bin entsetzt das sich manche leute aufregen schlecht behandelt worden zu sein, aus meiner erfahrung werden Leute schlecht behandelt weil sie selbst schlecht behandeln, also packt euch mal an eurer eigenen Nase und schämt euch. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Service und würde diese Apotheke jedem weiter empfehlen, auch wenn sie eigentlich keine empfehlungen braucht um zu funktionieren. So far I haven't had any problems for advice or friendliness. Anyone who thinks that in this situation and with this stress you will still get extensive advice has probably never worked in his life. I am appalled that some people get upset about being treated badly, from my experience people are treated badly because they treat themselves badly, so grab your own nose and be ashamed. I am very satisfied with the service and would recommend this pharmacy to everyone, even if it doesn't actually need any recommendations in order to function.

Hier gehe ich nur dann rein, wenn ich in der Innenstadt beim Arzt war und gleich das Rezept einlösen möchte weil ich ein Medikament schon dringend brauche. Irgendwie hatte ich nun auch beim dritten Mal das Pech, an jemanden zu geraten (diesmal ein Mann), der extrem gelangweilt, lustlos und völlig desinteressiert wirkte. Es gab keinen Blickkontakt, seine Begrüßungsfloskel klang unehrlich und als ich ihn bat, mir doch bitte die Dosierung drauf zu schreiben, tat er das meiner Meinung nach ziemlich ungern und genervt. Grad, dass er nicht mit den Augen rollte. Von meiner Apotheke bin ich es gewohnt, dass die Dosierung automatisch drauf geschrieben wird, oder zumindest gefragt wird, ob diese ausreichend bekannt ist. Vielleicht werden Stammkunden hier ja besser bedient als gelegentliche Laufkundschaft. Very unsympathetic pharmacy. Somehow I had now the third time the bad luck, to get to someone (this time a man), who seemed extremely bored, listless and completely disinterested. There was no eye contact, his welcome phrase sounded dishonest and when I asked him to please write me the dosage on it, he did in my opinion quite reluctant and annoyed. Degree that he did not roll his eyes. From my pharmacy I am used to the fact that the dosage is automatically written on it, or at least asked if it is sufficiently known. Maybe regular customers are better served here than occasional patronage.

Auch wenn manche Kunden nicht so einfach sind, bemühen sie sich und das ist sicher nicht immer einfach. Sie verteilen sogar Traubenzucker an Kinder und Hundekekse an Vierbeiner. Gehe immer wieder gerne dort einkaufen und kann diese Apotheke nur weiterempfehlen! Die Parfümerie-Beratung ist auch top ? Super Auswahl und die Damen wissen über alles gut Bescheid. ? They even distribute glucose to children and dog biscuits to four-legged friends. I always like to go shopping there and can only recommend this pharmacy! The perfumery advice is also top ? Great selection and the ladies are well informed about everything. ?

Die erbetene Beratung zu einem Medikament, welches ich am Vortag in dieser Apotheke erhalten habe, wurde von zwei MitarbeiterInnen klar abgelehnt. Nach dem Kommentar "Da habe ich keine Ahnung" der ersten Kollegin schlug ich vor, doch eine weitere Kollegin zu Rate zu ziehen was dann auch geschah. Die saloppe, für mich nicht zufrieden stellende, Auskunft war "Das kann schon sein". Ob diese schlechte Betreuung auf Desinteresse oder Nichtwissen fußt kann ich nur zum Teil beurteilen. Neben Kompetenz und Beratung in einer Apotheke (einem Dienstleistungsbetrieb) erwarte ich ein minimales Maß an Freundlichkeit und Höflichkeit! Unglaublich wie kollektiv unhöflich der Umgangston und wie wenig Beratungswille (oder -kompetenz) in dieser Apotheke an der Tagesordnung ist! The only reason to visit this pharmacy is the good location! The request for advice on a medication that I received the day before in this pharmacy was clearly rejected by two employees. After the comment "I have no idea" of the first colleague I suggested that I consult another colleague, which then happened. The casual, for me not satisfactory, information was "It can be". I can only partially judge whether this poor care is based on lack of interest or ignorance. In addition to competence and advice in a pharmacy (a service company), I expect a minimum level of friendliness and courtesy! Unbelievable how collectively rude the tone and how little advice (or competence) is common in this pharmacy!

Wollte mich wegen Alternativen zu einem Medikament erkundigen das ich normalerweise bei Grippe nehme, mir wurde gesagt es gäbe nichts was so ähnlich wäre obwohl ich weiß, dass das nicht stimmt. Die Dame wirkte sehr desinteressiert bei dem "Beratungsgespräch" also schätze ich mal sie hatte einfach keine Lust ein ordentliches Verkaufsgespräch zu führen. Bezahlen darf man dann aber ca 50% mehr als in der Onlineapotheke. War mein letzter Besuch dort Incompetent advice. Wanted to inquire about alternatives to a drug that I usually take for flu, I was told there was nothing that would be so similar although I know that's not true. The lady seemed very disinterested in the "consultation" So I guess she just had no desire to conduct a proper sales pitch. But you can pay about 50% more than in the online pharmacy.
