Dazu muss ich sagen, war die Uhr nicht von diesem Geschäft, da es sich dabei um ein Geschenk handelte. Noch dazu hatten sie die Uhr auch nicht im Sortiment. Ich habe nach einer Uhrenreinigung gefragt und es kam nur zurück, in absolut unpassendem Ton: „Sie meinen ein Service des Uhrwerks“. Nein, ich habe auch nach einer Reinigung der Zeiger und des Blatts, sowie des Gehäuses gefragt. Bin dann zu einem anderen Uhrmacher in der Innenstadt gegangen, ohne Probleme, Reinigung möglich. Nie wieder gehe ich dort hin. Bitte Mitarbeiter besorgen, die wissen von was sie reden und vorallem sollten Sie an Ihrer Freundlichkeit arbeiten!
