★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lt. Inserat ist eine Besichtigung nur nach Terminvereinbarung möglich. Meine diesbezügliche Anfrage vom 10.12.2021, 06.00 Uhr, wurde schließlich am 14.12.2021 mit der Auskunft "dieser Wagen ist bereits verkauft" beantwortet.
Von einem "PRESTIGE" Autohaus erwarte ich mir schon eine zeitnahe Beantwortung einer Anfrage. Ich persönlich verstehe auch nicht wie eine 5 Sterne Bewertung zustande kommt, weil "schöne Auto" angeboten werden. Das sieht man ja ohnehin aus den Inseraten. So eine Bewertung gibt ja keinen Hinweis über den Zustand der KFZ, event. erforderliche Garantieabwicklungen usw. Man geht ja auch nicht zur Fa. Porsche und macht eine 5 Sterne Bewertung weil die schöne neue Autos verkaufen. Das ist ja meiner Meinung nach nicht der Sinn von so einem Portal und verfälscht ja total den Bewertungsstand.
Anmerkung zur Antwort auf diese Bewertung: Wenn im Lockdown nicht einmal E-Mails beantwortet werden konnten dann frage ich mich, wie KFZ eingekauft, Vermittlungen entgegengenommen oder wie auch immer zustande gebracht, fotografiert und inseriert werden konnten ?????. Das ggst KFZ wurde, so weit ich mich erinnern kann, einen Tag vor meiner Anfrage eingestellt. Da wurde wieder einmal CORONA besonders strapaziert.
Lt. Viewing is only possible by appointment. My request in this regard of December 10th, 2021, 6:00 am, was finally answered on December 14th, 2021 with the information "this car has already been sold".
From a "PRESTIGE" dealership I expect a prompt answer to an inquiry. Personally, I don't understand how a 5 star rating comes about because "nice cars" are offered. You can see that from the advertisements anyway. Such an evaluation gives no indication of the condition of the vehicle, possibly. Required warranty processing, etc. You don't go to the Porsche company and give a 5 star rating because they sell beautiful new cars. In my opinion, that is not the point of such a portal and it totally falsifies the evaluation status.
Comment on the answer to this review: If in lockdown not even e-mails could be answered then I ask myself how cars were bought, mediations received or whatever could be brought about, photographed and advertised ?????. The ggst KFZ was, as far as I can remember, stopped the day before my request. Once again, CORONA was particularly stressed.

Have now bought the sixth car from Prestige Automobile. Some dealers could learn something from that. Value for money fully ok. great cars Never had any problems. 1 year warranty. Everything great. Don't understand this negative entry. Keep it up. All the best
