Nettes Gespräch gehabt mit dem Empfangsmitarbeiter. Sehr zuvorkommend auch bei der Auswahl des Ersatzfahrzeuges.
Very nice reception, great handling of the service (company car), he would also be freshly washed.

Es war lediglich ein kleiner Seitenschaden auf Versicherungskosten zu reparieren.
Man bekommt sein Fahrzeug komplett verdreckt (Schleifstaub in allen Spalten) zurück, es wurde noch dazu die falsche Plastikleiste getauscht (die alte wurde frecherweise einfach ins Auto gelegt - der Kunde soll "seinen" Müll wohl selbst entsorgen) und dann muss man etliche Male nachfragen ("Wir melden uns verlässlich, wenn die Leiste da ist" war dann doch nicht so verlässlich), bis die richtige Kunststoffleiste endlich getauscht wird. Dabei wird dann lediglich die alte entfernt und die neue angebracht. Bin gespannt, wie lange der Kleber auf einem kalten (2°C Außentemperatur) halten wird...
Kundenfreundlichkeit? Fehlanzeige!
Mein Fazit: Dieses Autohaus sieht mich definitiv nicht mehr wieder!

It was only a small side damage to repair insurance costs.
You get your vehicle completely dirty (sanding dust in all gaps), the wrong plastic strip was also exchanged (the old one was simply placed in the car - the customer should probably "dispose of" his "garbage himself) and then you have to ask several times ("We'll get in touch reliably when the bar is there" was not so reliable after all) until the correct plastic bar is finally replaced. Then only the old one is removed and the new one attached. I wonder how long the glue will last on a cold (2 ° C outside temperature) ...
Customer friendliness? Nothing!
My conclusion: This dealership definitely won't see me again!

Würden sehr freundlich empfangen.
Gleich wurde uns Wasser angeboten und der Aufenthaltsraum zur Verfügung gestellt.
Der Fehler wurde gefunden und das Ersatzteil über Nacht bestellt.
Es wurde uns bei der Suche des Hotels geholfen und wir wurden sogar hingebracht und am nächsten Morgen wieder abgeholt.
Also immer wieder gerne.
Und nochmals vielen Dank für die Hilfe und für Freundlichkeit.

We were immediately offered water and the common room made available.
The error was found and the spare part was ordered overnight.
They helped us find the hotel and were even brought there and picked up again the next morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senkinek nem ajánlom a szervízt, az ok egyszerű: inkorrektek. A recepciós hölgy rendkívül barátságtalan, valamint ha hibázik, azt igyekszik az ügyfélre hárítani!
Egy Casco-s szélvédőcserém volt náluk 2021. augusztusában, amelynél az autó elhozatalakor nem kellett kifizetnem az önrészt, annak ellenére, hogy rendelkezésre állt a számla, amit a gépkocsi átvételekor megkaptam. A recepciós hölgy arról tájékoztatott, hogy csekkel kell kiegyenlítenem, amit postáznak. Az autó elhozatala után észrevettem, hogy több helyen is megsérült a karosszéria (tető, A-oszlop), tehát a munkavégzés sem volt szakszerűnek nevezhető. Telefonos egyeztetés után, egy hónappal a csere után a hibákat kijavítottak. Ekkor sem kérték az önrész kiegyenlítését. A levelet hiába vártuk. November 15.-én volt egy hívásunk, amit egy visszahívást kérő sms követett, ami 18.-án meg is történt és amelynek során megtudtuk, hogy rossz címre postázták a számlát. Megbeszéltük, hogy személyesen bemegyünk és kiegyenlítjük az összeget. Mikor megérkeztünk, legnagyobb felháborodásomra 138 € plusz költséget számoltak fel, amit semmi esetre sem tartok jogosnak, hisz az első megkeresésükre reagáltunk! A recepciós hölgy itt is remekelt és valótlan állítást tett a hívások időpontját és számát illetően is, annak ellenére hogy ezt a hívásinformáció nem igazolta! Felháborítónak találom a kioktatást és az egész eljárást, ahogy a tulajdonos hölgy kezelte az ügyet és hogy a Corona-helyzettel kapcsolatos anyagi nehézségeikre hivatkozott!
A korábbi munkák elvégzéséről is ejtenék pár szót.
Olaj és szűrőcserék alkalmával a levegő szűrőt nem cserélték le, bár a számlán szerepelt... ahogy ez más "(nem!) elvégzett" munkánál is előfordult. Egy szó, mint száz, ha jót akarsz magadnak; nagy ívben kerüld el őket! Én két éven át jártam hozzájuk a felmerülő kisebb problémák ellenére is, hát ezután biztosan elkerülöm még az utcát is, ahol a szervíz áll! Nagy csalódás volt, sajnálom.
I do not recommend the service to anyone, the reason is simple: they are incorrect. The receptionist is extremely unfriendly and if she makes a mistake, she will try to pass it on to the customer!
I had a Casco windshield replacement with them in August 2021, where I didn’t have to pay the deductible when I brought the car, even though the invoice I received when I picked up the car was available. The receptionist informed me that I had to pay by check what was mailed. After bringing the car, I noticed that the body (roof, A-pillar) was damaged in several places, so the work could not be called professional either. After telephone consultation, one month after the replacement, the errors were corrected. Even then, they were not asked to pay the deductible. We waited for the letter in vain. We had a call on November 15th, which was followed by a sms requesting a callback, which happened on the 18th and during which we learned that the bill had been mailed to the wrong address. We arranged to go in person and settle the amount. When we arrived, I was charged an extra € 138 for my biggest outrage, which I don't think is justified in any case, as we responded to their first request! Here, too, the receptionist made an excellent and untrue statement about the timing and number of calls, even though this was not confirmed by the call information! I find the training and the whole procedure as the lady the owner handled and the fact that she referred to their financial difficulties with the Corona situation outrageous!
I would also like to say a few words about doing previous work.
During the oil and filter changes, the air filter was not replaced, although it was on the bill ... as was the case with other "(not!)" Work. One word like a hundred if you want good for yourself; avoid them in a big arc! I visited them for two years despite the minor problems that arose, so after that I will definitely avoid even the street where the service is located! It was a big disappointment, I'm sorry.

I wanted to forget the experience so I didn't even want to write a review at that time, but after my second oil change what I have done in Sopron, Hungary a month ago for half of the price and one fourth of the time, and for another reason what comes at the end of this review, I felt that I have to write this review. I payed 450 EUR for an oil replacement for a Nissan Micra! I had an appointment and the promised estimated time for the replacement was greatly exceeded. It was my mistake that I did not ask for the price, but I was not expecting this price not even in my worst nightmare for the cheapest Nissan with low oil volume. I learned the lesson. I don't deduct the stars for that, but for the estimated and actual time spent with the service. The second issue came up only after the service done at Sopron, they told me that the Warranty has not been activated on the car and the service in Vienna did not mention it at all. Since then the dealer I bought from (Not Spes) activated it, but its a shame that they were not brought to my attention. Minus 2 for that, warranty is a big deal and the trust went away unfortunately. Staff, reception was nice though.
