★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem mein VW Polo schon beim Neuwagenkauf bekannte Kupplungsprobleme hatte, die vom Verkäufer VW Simmering als normal angesehen wurden, habe ich bei Porsche Maria Enzersdorf einen Garantie Austausch der Kupplung erhalten. Da auch die Schaltung etwas hatte, wurde diese mehrmals repariert. Ich erhielt immer kostenlos einen Lehwagen und man bemühte sich sehr, eine Lösung zu finden. Am Nagel neuen Leihwagen merkte ich, dass mein reparierter Polo schon immer (fabriksneu) schlecht schaltete, eine Schaltung für betagte Menschen hatte. 60 PS, wenig Gewicht und nur langsames Schalten möglich, das ruiniert eine flottere Fahrweise! Ob ich in einem 1/2 oder Jahr auf VW zugreiffe, Automatik oder eine andere Marke wähle????

When I saw the new rental car, I noticed that my repaired Polo had always (brand new) shifted poorly, had a shift for the elderly. 60 HP, little weight and only slow shifting possible - that ruins a brisk driving style! Whether I access VW in 1/2 or a year, choose automatic or another brand ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verkäufer plaudert mit anderem Kunden in der Öffentlichkeit für meinen Geschmack zu viel aus dem "Nähkästchen" hat negative Stimmung gemacht. Lieferzeiten, Arbeitszeiten, Corona alles sch****, und jeder im Wartebereich, der es hören wollte oder nicht, wurde mit seiner Meinung beglückt. Auch wenn er vielleicht recht hat sollte es für solche Gespräche eigene Bereiche geben.
Sonst schnelle Fahrzeugannahme und rascher Reifenwechsel. Alles OK.
Seller chats with other customers in public too much for my taste out of the sewing box has created a negative mood. Delivery times, working hours, Corona all shit, and everyone in the waiting area who wanted to hear or not, was delighted with their opinion. Even if he is perhaps right, there should be separate areas for such conversations.
Otherwise quick vehicle acceptance and quick tire change. Everything OK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always friendly and professional, I've never had a hard time getting an appointment or finding someone to solve my issue, no matter if it's a planned tire change or an unplanned repair. Waiting times for appointments can be a week or two, but the quality and professionalism of handling everything is worth the wait and the price.
Their way of communicating as much as required but as little as possible is very positive - I'm not getting lots of spam in my mailbox, every letter or call I receive is related to an upcoming service appointment or special offer for a required maintenance date.
