Branch gives the impression of a second-hand / world shop rather than a post office. Staff not particularly friendly or polite.

Sensible Informationen zu RSA/RSB Sendungen werden quer durch die ganze Filiale geschrien und sind somit für die restlichen Kunden zu hören - Diskretion? Fehlanzeige! Falls vermeidbar, bitte vermeiden! Absolutely unmotivated and unfriendly employees - no matter what time of day you show up there. Sensitive information on RSA / RSB shipments is shouted across the entire branch and can therefore be heard by the remaining customers - discretion? Nothing! If avoidable, please avoid!
g	g4g_Tempest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sehr schlechte Öffnungszeiten ich freute mich schon so auf mein packet aber nein sie müssen es ja zur post bringen die was am freitag bis 13 uhr geöffnet hat als Arbeiter kann man das packet nie holen außer man nimmt sich 2 bis 3 schunden zeit aus gleich wenn sie wenigstens am fr von 17 bis 18 Uhr noch mal auf machen würden wüde ich ja nichts sagen aber ja sie haben wohl keinen bock zu arbeiten 2 wochen warten für die katz!!! DANKE very bad opening times i was looking forward to my packet but no, you have to bring it to the post office, which is open until 1 p.m. on friday as a worker you can never get the packet unless you take 2 to 3 hours off when you do at least on fri from 5pm to 6pm I wouldn’t say anything but yes you don’t feel like working 2 weeks waiting for the cat !!! THANK YOU

Ich war heute da, wegen einen Brief vom Finanzamt und da wurde ein Ausweis angefordert. Verständlich sowie gut, aber ich sehe es nicht ein, dass eine EduCard nicht geduldet wird sowie eine eCard mit Foto. Bei meinen Freunden ging es problemlos aber wie ist es immer, einer spinnt immer. Ich wurde gefragt, ob ich einen Führerschein oder einen Reisepass hätte. Führerschein bekomme ich erst noch und der Reisepass ist 2015/16 abgelaufen. Ich bin nicht so grenzdebil, gehe während Corona auf Reise und werfe das Geld beim Fenster raus für ein Reisepass, den ich dann eh nicht nütze! Hauptsache die 4youCard gilt… eine maßlose Frechheit It's a very nice branch, but the employees are unmotivated and unfriendly. I was there today because of a letter from the tax office and an ID card was requested. Understandable and good, but I don't see why an EduCard and an eCard with a photo are not tolerated. With my friends it went without any problems, but as is always the case, someone is always crazy. I was asked if I had a driver's license or a passport. I have yet to get a driver's license and my passport expired in 2015/16. I'm not that stupid, go on a trip during Corona and throw the money out the window for a passport, which I don't use anyway! The main thing is that the 4youCard is valid... an absolute cheek
