Friendly, well-versed officials who advise well. Ms. Wagner is particularly charming and eager. She always does more than she should.

Wenn ein Paket verlorengegangen ist, sind die Menschen am Postfilialschalter nicht verantwortlich oder tragen gar die Schuld daran. Sie können nur versuchen zu helfen. Als unhöflich habe ich die Mitarbeiter dieser und der Filiale am Resthof nie empfunden. Kleiner Tipp: Ein freundliches Hallo tut niemandem weh und wenn man das am Schalter gleich vorausschickt, dann wird man sicher keine finsteren Blicke ernten. Außerdem ist es mir lieber, kein dauergrinsendes Honigkuchenpferd vor mir zu haben. Wo ich genau weiß, dass dieses Lächeln eine Lüge ist und sowas auf Dauer krank macht. Wir machen alle unsere Arbeit irgendwo und tun was wir können. People should be nicer to each other. Started here. If a package is lost, the people at the post office counter are not responsible or are to blame. You can only try to help. I never found the staff at this and the branch at the rest yard to be rude. A little tip: A friendly hello doesn't hurt anyone and if you send it straight away at the counter, you will surely not get scowls. I also prefer not to have a grinning honey cake horse in front of me. Where I know exactly that this smile is a lie and makes something sick in the long run. We all do our work somewhere and do what we can.
