L	Lena Mayr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In ganz Steyr ist das der Ort, wo die meisten Mitarbeiter mehr als unfreundlich sind und einem gar nicht weiterhelfen wollen, wieso arbeitet man dann bei der Post, wenn man mit Menschen nicht umgehen kann? Ich gehe da auf jeden Fall nie wieder hin! In all of Steyr this is the place where most of the employees are more than unfriendly and don't want to help you, why work at the post office when you can't deal with people? I will definitely never go there again!

Wenn man nicht arbeiten will dann soll man doch einfach kündigen und seinen Frust nicht an Kunden auslassen. War heute oben, wollte ein Paket zurückschicken, hatte am Selbstbedienungsschalter nicht funktioniert, da bin ich nach drinnen gegangen und bat freundlichst um Hilfe, kam nur eine pampige Antwort das ich es sicher nicht richtig gemacht habe. Dann wurde mein Paket wortlos gescannt und wortlos wurde mir ein Zettel in die Hand gedrückt, der Mitarbeiter wendete sich daraufhin ab. Auf die Frage wie es denn jetzt weiterginge, ob ich etwas zahlen muss oder ob ich noch was unterschreiben muss, kam die nächste pampige Antwort von wegen, ja sie haben ja jetzt den Zettel eh bekommen, was ich denn noch wolle. Hab mich umgedreht, hab auf wiedersehen gesagt und bin gegangen. Hoffe nur für den Mitarbeiter das alles glatt läuft, sonst hagelt es eine deutlichere Beschwerde, ich lass mich doch nicht jedes mal von denen verarschen. 98% of the staff at this post office cannot be beaten for its unfriendliness !!! If you don't want to work then you should just quit and don't let your frustration out on customers. Was upstairs today, wanted to send a package back, hadn't worked at the self-service counter, so I went inside and kindly asked for help, only a pampy answer came that I certainly didn't do it right. Then my parcel was scanned wordlessly and a note was pressed into my hand without a word, the employee then turned away. When asked how it went on now, whether I have to pay something or whether I still had to sign something, the next pampy answer came from, yes, they have now received the note anyway, what I still want. I turned around, said goodbye and left. Hope only for the employee that everything runs smoothly, otherwise there is a clear complaint hailing, but I don't let them fool me every time.
V	Vanessa Witzke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann mich dann Vorrednern nur anschließen...mehrmals bei einem älteren Herrn gewesen, jedesmal vollkommen unfreundlich! er hat einfach keine Lust auf seine Arbeit, dass merkt man! Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über so einen “Service“! Auch was Bank 99 angeht, hat er keine Lust irgendwelche Fragen zu beantworten! I can only agree with previous speakers ... have been to an older man several times, each time completely unfriendly! he just doesn't feel like doing his work, you can tell! I am very disappointed with such a "service"! As for Bank 99, he doesn't feel like answering any questions!
M	Manuel Kopf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut unfreundliches Personal. Hab mir beim ersten Besuch gedacht, dass Angestellter einfach einen schlechten Tag hat. Nach diversen weiteren Besuchen aber immer wieder bestätigt. Verstehe nicht warum man mit so einer negativen Einstellung zur Arbeit und zu den Kunden den Job nicht einfach hinschmeisst... Sorry, aber ich werde diesen Standort in Zukunft meiden so gut es geht. Absolutely rude staff. On the first visit I thought that the employee was just having a bad day. But confirmed again and again after various other visits. I don't understand why with such a negative attitude towards work and customers you don't just quit the job ... Sorry, but I will avoid this location as best I can in the future.

Unfreundliches und teilweise schlecht ausgebildetes Personal (wurde bisher immer von Herren bedient, ob die Damen besser sind, kann ich nicht beurteilen...) Oder tut man nur "unwissend" um sich eine Arbeit zu ersparen? Guter Kundenservice FEHLANZEIGE. Ich bin jemand, der freundlich und nicht fordernd auftritt und laaaaange vor Geschäftsschluss mit etwaigen Fragen dort vorspricht. Also an meiner Person kann es wohl schlecht liegen... Unfortunately, zero stars is not possible! Unfriendly and sometimes poorly trained staff (so far it has always been served by men, I cannot judge whether the women are better ...) Or are you just "ignorant" to save yourself a job? Good customer service MISCELLANEOUS. I am someone who is friendly and not demanding and who comes loo long before business hours with any questions. So it can be bad because of my person ...

Mehrmals im Monat. Wir bezahlen für die Diestleistung der Post. demotivated, unfriendly employees. No interest in solutions or customer complaints. Letters are sorted incorrectly and are returned to the sender. Several times a month. We pay for the postal service.
