Bayer zusammengearbeitet hatte, habe ich mir telefonisch, ohne schriftlichen Auftrag bzw. ohne Angebot, ein Muster (eine Schneestange für Straßen) angefordert. Für die Musterübermittlung gab es von unserer Seite ursprünglich 2 Monate als Zeitrahmen, verbunden mit der Bitte, die Schneestange kostengünstig nach Tirol zu transportieren. Nachdem ich kurz vor Ablauf der 2 Monate nachgefragt hatte, wurde dann ohne Hinweis auf die Kosten in letzter Minute die Stange von einer Spedition zugestellt. Dabei stellte sich heraus, dass die Lieferung fast doppelt so teuer war, als die Stange an sich. Nachdem ich urgiert hatte, wurde eine kulante Lösung via Mail angeboten. Dieses Angebot wurde aber nach einigen Tagen mit einer Mahnung und der Rechtsanwaltsinformation außer Kraft gesetzt und ich musste die vollen Kosten übernehmen. Ich kann nur empfehlen: Finger weg. Es gibt auch andere Anbieter in Österreich.
After having worked with the company Bayer several times, I requested a sample (a snow pole for roads) by phone, without a written order or without an offer. For the sample transmission there were originally from our side 2 months as a timeframe, connected with the request, the snow bar cost to transport to Tyrol. After I had asked shortly before the end of the 2 months, then without notice of the costs at the last minute the rod was delivered by a forwarding agency. It turned out that the delivery was almost twice as expensive as the rod itself. After I urged, a graceful solution via email was offered. However, after a few days this offer was annulled with a reminder and the lawyer's information and I had to pay the full cost. I can only recommend: Stay away. There are also other providers in Austria.
