Nachdem mir der Auftragsladen genannt wurde, hatte ich eine kurze Email an das Team von "Blume&Co" geschickt und nachgefragt, ob der Auftrag noch präsent ist, da ich diesen schon vor mehreren Wochen in Auftrag gegeben hatte. Ich bekam sehr schnell Antwort, was von eminenter Wichtigkeit für mich war. Ich bekam ein kurzes Feedback und war somit beruhigt(dass ich nicht "vergessen" wurde). Der Tag der Auslieferung war pünktlich. Keine Komplikationen o.ä Meine Liebste hat sich sehr gefreut und keine Mängel an Qualität geäußert. Demnach würde ich jederzeit wieder bestellen!
I had ordered a bouquet from abroad through Euroflorist. After I was given the order shop, I sent a short email to the "Blume & Co" team and asked if the order was still there, since I had placed the order several weeks ago. I got an answer very quickly, which was of paramount importance to me. I got a short feedback and was reassured (that I was not "forgotten"). The day of delivery was on time. No complications or similar. My sweetheart was very happy and did not comment on any quality defects. So I would order again at any time!
