Der Chef ist sehr freundlich und menschlich. I slammed the door last night and the key ? was in the apartment, after about 40 minutes the technician came, very nice and also courteous, the door was open in three seconds, the price for my mistake was 305 euros on Sunday, It's expensive, so far I'm satisfied. The boss is very friendly and human.

Der Mitarbeiter war in 30min da, hatte die Tür in 5min auf und ich hab nur 49€ gezahlt. Er hat mir nichtmal den Aufschlag für 17:00 verrechnet obwohl es schon 17:10 war... Freundlich, schnell und absoluter Spitzenpreis! Hoffentlich nicht nötig aber falls doch gerne wieder! The door was closed and the second key was inside.. normal simple lock. The employee was there in 30 minutes, had the door open in 5 minutes and I only paid €49. He didn't even charge me for the 5:00 p.m. surcharge even though it was already 5:10 p.m.... Friendly, fast and an absolute top price! Hopefully not necessary, but if you do, we'd be happy to do it again!
