★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist unglaublich!!!! Ich gehe kurz vor 12 Uhr in die Filiale und möchte eine Rücksendung aufgeben. Natürlich habe ich es zuerst am Automaten versucht, jedoch gab es eine Fehlermeldung. Also habe ich mir erlaubt mich in die Schlange der wartenden Kunden anzustellen. Schon ein Herr vor mir wurde von der Mitarbeiterin der Filiale ziemlich barsch darauf hingewiesen, dass jetzt ihre Mittagspause begonnen hat und er jetzt nicht mit der zeitaufwendigen Aufgabe zu ihr kommen kann. Naja und ich.... ich wurde belehrt, dass draußen ein Automat für Rücksendungen steht, sie schon 1 Minute Mittagspause hat! Ich sage nur Servicewüste!!!!! So eine Unfreundlichkeit ist mir selten begegnet!!!!!
It's incredible!!!! I go to the branch shortly before 12 noon and want to send a return. Of course I tried the machine first, but there was an error message. So I took the liberty of standing in line with the waiting customers. Even a gentleman before me was warned rather harshly by the employee of the branch that her lunch break has now started and that he cannot come to her with the time-consuming task. Well and me ... I was told that there is a machine outside for returns, that she already has a 1-minute lunch break! I only say service desert !!!!! I have seldom encountered such rudeness !!!!!
