This review is directly for the online portion where you can talk to a person using your camera and microphone to register yourself for this Handy Signatur option. Once the young gentleman on the other end of the line had picked up and started asking questions, I had no problem answering although German is a second language to me. Once he asked a question that I could not understand I quickly asked my father who was sitting next to me for a translation but before he could give it to me the guy on the other end of the line went "oops, you cant talk to anyone, it has to be done by yourself", and then promptly hung up without letting me say a word. This took me by surprise especially because there was no information on the web page or a terms and conditions stating that I could not talk to anyone. My second attempt with the phone call I thought I would ask if I could speak in English and if the person on the other end said no then I would ask if I could have my relative, my father, translate certain words, AND AGAIN IF NOT then I would ask that they are patient in case there are certain things I do not understand... and so I called. The first thing that I noticed is that the man on the other end was seated slouching to the side and with what seemed like a scowl on his face. When I started to ask, in German, if I could have the conversation in English he flat out just shook his head, said nothing, and hung up. Quite frankly, my experience was distasteful, rude, and more than anything unprofessional. I am very disappointed by this experience and service especially when it is known that this is a multilingual country with people, expats, that need to use the service.

I have sent my package with the priority option and it was supposed to reach the destination within 5-9 days. It's been 2 weeks and they are not even responding to my email.

I have been waiting for a package for..... hold on.....27 days, that was ordered from Austria to Hungary. Next time when i order something form Austria, i will simply select the option "Personal collection" and get on a train, and get to any Austrian town in maximum 4 hours, than travel back. I cuold still do that i 1 day....Bitte trow it into your Donnaukannel, cuz even a flashenpost would cover this distance in 2 weeks. What takes you sooo loong? Come on!

Most incompetent Post on planet. A TOTAL MESS. Their home page has a whole page large gdpr that covers the whole surface, like we were in the 90s. Delivering a package is not possibel. Anything i ever ordered from european country took 4_5 days to deliver. Now I have been watching for over 2 weeks on their tracking how they are sending my parcel there and back between my town and their centers without succeeding of delivering it. I would also like to note, that it is a 3,5 hour train journey we are tallimg about, that they could not cover in 16 DAYS. Its 30 of october today juat for the record. Utter incompetance

Horrible service. Constantly in purpose skipping delivery to the door claiming that you were not at home. Forcing you to collect parcels at the post office. What are we paying for? Why Amazon, DHL, UPS manage to deliver?

I have never received a package delivered to the door by the post office, although I am mostly at home at the time of delivery. In the last few years, I have lived at several addresses, and the situation was the same in each apartment. I order 2 to 3 packages a month, and so far I've always been greeted by a yellow notice in my mailbox.
