Ich habe versucht die Dame unter der angegebenen E-Mail Adresse zu erreichen, welche auf dem Zettel stand, den sie mir am 22.01.2022 ausgehändigt hat. Darauf bekomme ich eine Abwesenheitsnotiz, die als Ende den 24.08.2020 angibt. Die anderen Email Adresse darin waren nicht erreichbar. Bei einer medizinischen Dienstleistungs-Firma, die mir eine Linse Implantation um ca. 8000€ nahe legt, erwarte ich zumindest eine richtige E-Mail Adresse oder ein korrektes Datum. Das gibt sonst nämlich eine sehr schiefe Optik. Wird dann vielleicht auch das rechte mit dem linken Auge verwechselt? Oder mein Op Termin 2 Jahre in der Vergangenheit ausgemacht? Danke aber nein danke. Alles Gute weiterhin aber so Basics sind zu erwarten. Ist ja nicht McDonald's... I wanted more information about my appointment. I tried to reach the lady at the email address given, which was on the note she gave me on January 22nd, 2022. Then I get an out-of-office notice that says the end is August 24th, 2020. The other email addresses in it could not be reached. With a medical service company that suggests a lens implantation for around €8,000, I expect at least a correct e-mail address or a correct date. Otherwise it gives a very crooked look. Is it possible that the right eye is then confused with the left eye? Or made my surgery appointment 2 years in the past? No thank you. All the best, but the basics are to be expected. It's not McDonald's...

Ich bekam sehr schnell einen Termin, alle Mitarbeiter extrem nett und freundlich. Der Arzt war wirklich sehr nett und kompetent. Die erklären einen alles echt super. Die zwei negativen Bewertungen unter mir absolut unverständlich. Care Vision Wien ist nicht nur günstiger als andere in Wien, sondern auch bei der Terminvergabe am Telefon und vor Ort sehr unkompliziert und recht flexibel! P.S.: um ca 10:30 war die OP und ich sehe jetzt um 17:33 super. Aber mit noch leichtem Brennen I had my first exam about 2 weeks ago. The medical examination 3 days ago and today the surgery. I got an appointment very quickly, all the employees were extremely nice and friendly. The doctor was really nice and competent. They explain everything really well. The two negative reviews below me absolutely incomprehensible. Care Vision Vienna is not only cheaper than others in Vienna, but also very uncomplicated and flexible when making appointments on the phone and on site! P.S.: The surgery was at about 10:30 a.m. and I see great now at 5:33 p.m. But with still a slight burn

Könnte ich 0 Sterne geben , würde ich dies tun ! Absolutely top notch service. I took a total of 4 days off to do my laser eye surgery. No appointment was made. If I could give 0 stars, I would!
