★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They work worse and worse, everyday. I have order a delivery for another day. I was waiting at home from 8 to 13 for the delivery and nobody came. In the app and on the webiste was no information available. Then the postman came only at 13-47 and left the parcel in the post office despite the fact that I ordered delivery to home address. Also very often they provided wrong information in the yellow receipt. Once they wrote that I can pick up a parcel from the post office within 3 eeks but the postamn put it in Abholstation and after one week they sent it back.

The manager (older lady, short hair I think) wasnt able to say hello or answery questions properly, she had a horrible attitute towards me, like when I still had questions for her she said:"customers are waiting "like I wasnt a customer at all...( the conversation went on in German)I dont understamd why a person like her wants to work in customer service with people.I really feel sorry for other employees who have to work with her.
Besides of that, so far they lost two very important letter of mine and they are just not able to deliver my Zalando orders to my home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager lady was extremely rude to me. She refused to listen to me if I spoke English to her. They tried to make me list the value of the package I was trying to pick up, even though I had an invoice to prove it was free. Horrific customer service, I have never been treated so poorly.
