Schöner Ort. Leider scheint der Preis immer anders zu sein. Wir verschicken immer die gleiche Größe Maxibrief (Verpackung sogar als Maxibrief auf Shöpping verkauft) und wird dann oft nicht als Maxibrief sondern als Paket M verrechnet. Normalerweise soll man das diskutieren, aber keine Information zu geben und einfach als Paket M verrechnen - Das geht nicht!!! Jemand der als Kunde den Unterschied nicht genau im Kopf hat wird hier abgezockt. Wenn wir Maxibrief verlangen und die Verpackung als Maxibriefgrösse von der Post sogar verkauft wurde verlange ich, dass ich das dann auch als Maxibrief versenden kann und nicht als Paket M das 50% teuerer ist. Die 2 Sterne vergebe ich dem Kollegen, der uns sehr nett und gut beim letzten Mal bedient hat und auch sofort den richtigen Tarif bestimmt hat. Diesmal war es leider Abzocke, leider haben wir es erst später bemerkt.

Nice place. Unfortunately the price always seems to be different. We always send the same size maxi letter (packaging even sold as a maxi letter on Shöpping) and is then often not charged as a maxi letter but as a package M. Normally you should discuss this, but not give any information and simply charge it as package M - that doesn't work !!! Someone who, as a customer, does not exactly have the difference in mind will be ripped off here. If we ask for a maxi letter and the packaging has even been sold as a maxi letter size by the post office, I ask that I can also send it as a maxi letter and not as a package M which is 50% more expensive. I give the 2 stars to the colleague who served us very nicely and well last time and who immediately determined the right tariff. This time it was a rip-off, unfortunately we only noticed it later.
