Aber eine einfache,,Hallo und Wiedersehen" könnte man sich erwarten. It is very sad that not a single employee can say hello. I'm not talking about friendliness. But a simple "hello and goodbye" could be expected.
T	Thomas Lorenz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine bodenlose Frechheit die Post von Österreich. Am Samstag den 10.7 bekam ich einen gelben Zettel wie üblicherweise,wo drauf stand ab 16:30 abholbereit. Witz des Tages weil ja Samstag zu ist .Am Montag den 13.7 wollte ich mein Paket holen und siehe da noch immer nix da. Dann kann ich mir frech anhören DIE PAKET ZUSTELLER SIND NICHT VON UNS .Also bitte UND DIE MITARBEITER SAN SO WAS VON UNFREUNDLICHEN GEWESSEN DA GREIFST DA AM KOPF A bottomless insolence the post from Austria. On Saturday the 10th of July I got a yellow note as usual, which said it was ready for pickup from 4:30 p.m. Joke of the day because Saturday is closed. On Monday the 13th of July I wanted to get my parcel and still see nothing there. Then I can hear myself cheeky THE PACKAGE DELIVERIES ARE NOT FROM US. So please AND THE EMPLOYEES SAN SO WHAT FROM UNFRIENDLY MEASURES THAT GRAPPED ON THE HEAD

In dieses Jahr beim jedem Paket bekomme ich ein Benachrichtigung "nicht zu Hause angetroffen" und ich muss der Sendung von Postfiliale abholen. Because of lockdown, someone is at home at all times. This year with every parcel I get a notification "not at home" and I have to pick up the shipment from the post office.
B	Be FUHRER on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Stern gebe ich nur, weil ich den Text sonst nicht posten kann.Minussterne wären angebracht. Schon zum 2.Mal innerhalb von 4 Monaten war es einem Mitarbeiter der Post (wer nichts ist und nicht kann, der geht zur P.. oder zur B...) nicht möglich, bei einem Einfamilienhaus mit Gegensprechanlage ein Paket aus England abzugeben. Den Postboten sah ich, im Erdgeschoss wohnend, auf das Gartentor starren (und das zu drei verschiedenen Tageszeiten am selben Tag), ohne dass er Muskelstärke, Mut oder Hirn aufgebracht hätte, um den Arm zu heben und zu läuten. Fazit: er hörte schließlich auf, die Gegensprechanlage anzustarren,nahm das Paket und verschwand gelangweilt im Auto. Das Paket wurde am Tag der angesagten Zustellung nach England zurückgeschickt(mit dem Verwerk: Anschrift Problem-Retour - Sendung konnte nicht zugestellt werden) I'm only giving the star because otherwise I wouldn't be able to post the text. Minus stars would be appropriate. For the second time within 4 months it was not possible for an employee of the post office (who is nothing and cannot go to the P .. or the B ...) to hand in a package from England to a single-family house with an intercom. I saw the postman, living on the first floor, staring at the garden gate (and that at three different times of the day on the same day) without having used muscle strength, courage or brain to raise his arm and ring the bell. Conclusion: he finally stopped staring at the intercom, took the package and disappeared bored into the car. The package was sent back to England on the day of the announced delivery (with Verwerk: address problem-return - shipment could not be delivered)
C	Carina P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin jetzt seit zwei bis drei Jahren bei der Post und kann fast nur negatives berichten bis auf ein bis zwei Mitarbeiterinnen alle unfreundlich. Wenn man mehrere Sendungen mit Zoll schon brav ausgefüllt mit hat wird man nur angemault wieso man so viele (8 Stück) mithat. Wenn man etwas ca halbe Stunde vor Schluss will was etwas dauert wird man nur weg gescheucht und auf den nächsten Tag vertröstet. Sorry ich gehe auch arbeiten ich konnte nicht früher kommen. Man fühlt sich hier nicht wie ein Kunde sondern wie eine Last weil man einen Service erwartet. Ich kann in meiner Arbeit nicht so mit Kunden reden da würde ich sofort eine auf den Deckel bekommen. I've been at Swiss Post for two to three years now and can report almost nothing negative except for one or two employees, all of them unfriendly. If you have already filled in several consignments with customs, you will only be mauled at why you have so many (8 pieces) with you. If you want something about half an hour before the end what takes a while, you are only shooed away and put off for the next day. Sorry I'm going to work too I couldn't come earlier. You don't feel like a customer here, but like a burden because you expect service. I can't talk to customers like that in my work because I would get one on the lid immediately.
e	elasome on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider ist dies die nächste Post bei meiner Wohnung und daher meine Post. Bis jetzt hauptsächlich negative Erfahrungen. nicht nur ausschließlich unfreundliche Mitarbeiterinnen (egal wie freundlich und gut gelaunt man selbst kommt) so geben sie auch Missinformationen wie einem Freund der eine Postnachsendung wollte und dem sie ein Jahr angedreht haben statt wie üblich ihm ein Monat anzubieten.... Ich gehe hier wirklich ungern hin. ich hoffe wirklich dass die Mitarbeiterinnen freundlicher werden. Unfortunately this is the next post in my apartment and therefore my post. So far mostly negative experiences. Not only exclusively unfriendly employees * (no matter how friendly and in a good mood you come yourself), they also give misinformation like a friend who wanted a mail forwarding and to whom they gave a year instead of offering him a month as usual ... I'm leaving really reluctant to go here. I really hope that the staff will be friendlier.
D	Dawid Dohnal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Menschen können nicht einmal ein Ausweis annehmen um eine normale Post zu nehmen ohne dabei Reisepass,Ausweis, Führerschein, Meldezettel und Eltern um nachzuweisen das man ein Mensch ist These people cannot even accept an ID card to take normal mail without having a passport, ID card, driver's license, registration form and parents to prove that they are human
J	J j. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich muss sagen das die Mitarbeiter äußerst nett sind und mir immer wenn ich die Filiale aufsuche mit allem weiterhelfen kann, ich bin jedes Mal erleichtert und erfreut wenn ich gehe weil mir immer geholfen wurde egal in welcher Hinsicht !! Also ich kann das Team nur loben und Danke sagen für ihre Bemühungen und ich bin noch nie gegangen ohne ein Lächeln von einem Mitarbeiter es sind alle freundlich und man sieht ihnen ihre Bemühungen und Fleiß an. und das Beste war nicht nur das ich immer alles bei der Post am meisten in dieser Filiale erledigte nahm ich gleich das Angebot der Post99 an die es jetzt seid einem Jahr in der Postfiliale gibt und wechselte gleich von der Bank Austria und sie empfahlen mir ein Wechselkonto ist ein normales Girokonto mit 50 Euro Guthaben und 1 Jahr keine Gebühren. Also ich bin von dieser Filiale begeistert, weil einem egal was man braucht einem freundlich geholfen wird. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen !!! Ehrlich könnte ja auch etwas anderes schreiben wenn es so wäre, dem ist aber nicht so ! I have to say that the employees are extremely nice and can always help me with anything when I visit the branch, I am relieved and delighted every time I go because I was always helped, no matter in what way !! So I can only praise the team and say thank you for their efforts and I have never left without a smile from one of the employees - they are all friendly and you can see their efforts and hard work. And the best thing was not only that I always did everything at the post office, mostly in this branch, I immediately took the offer from Post99, which has now been in the post office for a year, and immediately switched from Bank Austria and they recommended me a switch account is a normal current account with a balance of 50 euros and no fees for 1 year. So I'm excited about this branch because no matter what you need, you get friendly help. I can only recommend !!! Honestly could write something else if it were so, but that's not the case!
