A	Alex 080267 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filialmietarbeiter sind nett, aber: Ich wohne seit einem Jahr in einer Wohnung. Obwohl ich einen Zettel an den Briefkasten geschrieben habe, wo ich mitteile, dass die vorige Einwohnerin nicht mehr an dieser Adresse wohnt, und alle Briefe an den Absender zurückschicke, kommt weiterhin Post für die Dame an. Als ich einen Umschlag in die USA schickte, wurde mir nicht gesagt, dass ich eine Zollerklärung (CN 23) benötige, der Umschlag kam nach fast einem Monat zurück. Warum haben sie nicht sofort sofort gesagt?
D	Dominique on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Postbote klingelt nie und nimmt das Paket einfach wieder mit, obwohl man zuhause ist! Ist mir jetzt schon 3 mal passiert. Ich habe auch schon zwei Beschwerden an die Post selbst geschrieben - weder eine Antwort, noch eine Verbesserung der Situation. Zusätzlich habe ich den Postbote selbst auch schon mal dabei erwischt, habe ihn darauf angesprochen und er meinte die Klingel funktioniert nicht, komisch, dass sie bei allen anderen Menschen funktioniert, nur bei ihm nicht. The postman never rings and simply takes the package away, even though you are at home! Happened to me 3 times now. I have already written two complaints to the Post itself - neither an answer nor an improvement in the situation. I also caught the postman doing it myself, asked him about it and he said the bell didn't work, funny that it works for everyone else, just not for him.

R	Roger Grimsditch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be warned: Do not come to this Post Office if yo have anything to do with Western Union. Normally, Die Post is a partner of Western Union, but this does not seem to be the case for this Post office. I came twice and was first told "there was a computer failure" and they could not pay out a Westrn Union transfer I received. I was suspicious and called twice the Post Service Hotline. Firstly they confirmed the computer failure and then informed me that the Post has nothing to do with Westrn Union. Beware!
L	Lisa & Andrew Taylor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t expect to get help with anything here. Their printer doesn’t work so I had to walk 10 minutes, pay 2€ to get a label printed. I get back and they can’t give me a customs form, saying that I must do this online and come back. Very frustrating and a waste of my time.
