P	Picture Pedro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teils sehr überhebliches Personal und im Vergleich zu anderen Postfilialen in der Nähe auch zu teuer. Man hat den Eindruck, es wird nicht im Sinne des Kunden gehandelt. Gibt ja zum Glück auch andere Postämter mit wesentlich freundlicherem Personal!! Some very arrogant staff and too expensive compared to other post offices nearby. One has the impression that the customer is not acting in the interests of the customer. Fortunately there are other post offices with much friendlier staff !!

Wärend des Geschäftsvorganges mit einer Mitarbeiterin wurde ich von einer anderen ohne Ansprache, ohne Gruß, von der Seite angeherrscht, ob ich ein Paket hingestellt hätte. Ich wusste anfangs gar nicht, dass ich gemeint war. Auf meine Antwort, dass ich gar nichts irgendwo hingestellt hätte, bekam ich zu hören, was das für eine Antwort sei und dass ein einfaches "Ja" oder "Nein" gereicht hätte. Zu ihrer Kollegin meinte diese "Dame" dann für mich vernehmbar, was "denn mit dem los ist" und "wo ist denn der an'grennt" ... Nach Abschluss des Geschäftsvorganges wurde ich von BEIDEN grußlos stehengelassen. 1 x und nie wieder, da gehe ich lieber zu einem Postpartner - die sind bei weitem freundlicher. OUTRAGEOUS. During the business process with an employee, another person asked me whether I had put a parcel down without addressing me, without greeting. At first I didn't even know that I was meant. When I replied that I hadn't put anything anywhere, I was told what kind of answer that was and that a simple "yes" or "no" would have been enough. To her colleague, this "lady" said to me what "is wrong with him" and "where is he running" ... After the business transaction, I was left without a greeting by BOTH. Once and never again, I'd rather go to a postal partner - they are far friendlier.
N	Nobody Here on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliches, völlig überfordertes Personal. Die Briefe muss man hier selbst frankieren !?!! Lediglich zwei Schalter offen, Schlange ca. 70m lang. Ein Kundenandrang ist ja kurz vor Weihnachten völlig überraschend... schult bitte eure Mitarbeiter um...diese Filiale tu ich mir nicht nochmal an. Very unfriendly, completely overwhelmed staff. You have to frank the letters yourself!? !! Only two switches open, queue about 70m long. A rush of customers is completely surprising shortly before Christmas ... please retrain your employees ... I'm not going to do this branch again.
P	Patrick Kernstock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In dieser Postgeschäftsstelle konnte ich bis jetzt nur positive Erfahrungen machen. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da jetzt wieder mehr Personal angestellt worden ist, sind die Wartezeiten völlig in Ordnung. Natürlich sollte man, falls möglich typische Stoßzeiten wie zum Beispiel zu Mittag oder kurz vor Geschäftsschluss am Wochentag meiden. Parkplätze gibt es leider nur sehr wenig, oft muss man eine größere Ehrenrunde mit dem KFZ ablegen, da es sich bei der Straße vorm Postamt um eine Einbahn handelt. Wobei hier die Postfiliale im Prinzip nichts dafür kann. Es gibt auch einen großzügigen 24/7 Bereich, der mit einer Bankomatkarte außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten zugänglich ist. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Filiale der Post. So far, I have only had positive experiences in this post office. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there are only very few parking spaces, often you have to do a larger lap of honor with the car, as the street in front of the post office is a one-way. In principle, the post office cannot help it. There is also a spacious 24/7 area that can be accessed with an ATM card outside of opening hours. Overall, a very recommendable post office.

H	Helga Mausser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin lmmer daheim und habe 2 Pakete bekommen und finde immer eine Verständigung vor, Ich soll mir das Paket auf der Post abholen. Ich bin körperlich behindert und daher ist es sehr ismühsam. I'm always at home and have received two parcels and always find an agreement, I should pick up the parcel at the post office. I am physically disabled and so it is very difficult.
D	Dieter Leeb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte am 23.3 einen Termin zwecks A1 Vertragsanmeldung, nachdem die Post offizieller Partner von A1 ist. Angesehen von der Wartezeit erklärte mir der Mitarbeiter er könne die Rufnummernmitnahme nicht durchführen da er die Autorisierung nicht hat. Auf meine Bitte er möge sich die Freigabe holen Sagte er mir das dieser Vorgang zwei Wochen dauern würde, am besten wäre es nach Mödling zu fahren dort funktioniert es. Diese Filiale hat sich nicht einmal einen Stern verdient. Wäre besser den Schalter zu schließen als einen Ahnungslosen hinzustellen. g	gusty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Post bzw. den Postman erkenne ich immer daran, wenn in der Sendungsverfolgung steht das der Hausbewohner nicht angetroffen wurde, obwohl ich Zuhause bin und sehnsüchtigst auf das Packet warte. Leider schon immer so bei der Post, ein Armutszeugnis. Beschwerden werden nicht angenommen, nur eine „Entschuldigung“ jedes mal wenn ich die Hotline anrufe, denn die Postfiliale direkt kann man sowieso nicht kontaktieren. Ich weiß nicht, manchmal hat man keine andere Wahl außer die Post aber wenn es nach mir ginge würde ich nie wieder etwas bestellen über die Post sondern auf andere Lieferanten legen. Echt ärgerlich!
