E	Elisabeth Mayr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top Ärztin und sehr schöne Praxis. Sie hat sich sehr viel Zeit für unsere Tochter Mathilda genommen und auch mir alles in Ruhe erklärt. Wir mussten nicht lange warten und selbst wenn, würden diese Wartezeit wahrscheinlich nur entstehen, weil Frau Nitschmann auch anderen Eltern etwas genau erklärt. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden Frau Nitschmann und ihr Team jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Top doctor and very nice practice. She took a lot of time for our daughter Mathilda and also explained everything to me in peace. We did not have to wait long, and even if they did, they would probably only have to wait because Mrs. Nitschmann explains something to other parents. We are very satisfied and would recommend Ms. Nitschmann and her team at any time.

In all den Jahren konnte ich nur eines bemängeln: dass man telefonisch nur schwer durchgekommen ist. Aber nachdem man mit den Herausforderungen wächst, gibt es ja nun das Call-Center bzw. die Möglichkeit der Kontaktaufnahme per Mail. Unfreundlichkeit oder Inkompetenz sind uns noch nie untergekommen. Ja, längere Wartezeiten trotz Termin kennen wir. Jedoch sollte man beachten, dass es in Baden nur 2 Ärzte auf Kassa gibt und die Kinder im Spielzimmer die Wartezeit recht gut aushalten. Lieber ist mir eine Ärztin, der meine Kinder vertrauen, auch wenn wir dafür länger warten müssen. Ich kann den Schritt von Kassen- auf Wahlarzt gut verstehen, wenn man seinen Patienten einen gewissen Qualitätsstandard bieten möchte. Leider wird sich dies aber eventuell eine Großfamilie oder ein Kleinverdiener eventuell auf Dauer nicht leisten können. I have been with Ms. Dr. with my 4 children for over 14 years. Nitschmann. But after growing with the challenges, there is now the call center or the option to contact us by email. We have never encountered unfriendliness or incompetence. Yes, we know longer waiting times despite an appointment. However, one should note that there are only 2 doctors at the cash desk in Baden and the children in the playroom can stand the waiting time quite well. I prefer a doctor who my children trust, even if we have to wait longer for it. I can understand the step from a doctor to a doctor of choice if you want to offer your patients a certain quality standard. Unfortunately, a large family or a small earner may not be able to afford this in the long run.
B	Bernadette Gigerl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Nitschmann ist mittlerweile Wahlärztin, was sicher dem nicht bewältigbaren Patientenaufkommen ein Ende bereitet hat. Das Team ist super freundlich und auch Dr. Nitschmann nimmt sich sehr viel Zeit. Auch ihr ruhiges Wesen wirkt sehr entspannend auf Babies. Kaum Wartezeit, sehr schöne Ordination. Definitiv die beste Wahl. Dr. Nitschmann is now an elective doctor, which has certainly put an end to the unmanageable number of patients. The team is super friendly and Dr. Nitschmann takes a lot of time. Their calm nature also has a very relaxing effect on babies. Hardly any waiting time, very nice ordination. Definitely the best choice.

Die Frau Doktor und ihr Team sind kompetent, flexibel, freundlich und sehr einfühlsam beim Umgang mit Kindern. Termin vergaben gehen schnell und einfach. Die längste Wartezeit die ich hatte waren 7 Minuten. Was fast schon schade ist, da das Wartezimmer/Spielzimmer kaum einen Wunsch offern lässt. Die Frau Doktor ist auch per Mail außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten erreichbar. Ich bin extrem zufrieden und kann die Praxis Eltern nur wärmstens empfehlen. When my pediatrician was on vacation, my daughter got sick. Looking for another pediatrician, I'm with Dr. Nitschmann landed AND stayed. The doctor and her team are competent, flexible, friendly and very empathetic when dealing with children. Appointments are quick and easy. The longest waiting time I had was 7 minutes. Which is almost a shame, since the waiting room / play room hardly leaves anything to be desired. The Frau Doktor can also be reached by email outside of opening hours. I am extremely satisfied and can only warmly recommend the practice to parents.

Hohe fachliche Kompetenz durch ihre langjährige Erfahrung und Einfühlungsvermögen zeichnen Sie aus. Sie ist immer bemüht, gibt geduldig Auskunft und ist sehr genau. Die Ordination ist wunderschön. Die Wartezeiten sind durchaus in Ordnung, noch dazu es ja mehrere Räume gibt, sogar einen extra Warteraum für Säuglinge. Natürlich musste man manchmal etwas warten, jedoch ist dies bei einem Kinderarzt ja durchaus normal, da hier ja sehr oft Akuttermine behandelt werden müssen. Wir fühlen uns seit Jahren ausgezeichnet betreut. Auch Fr. Alexandra ist sehr freundlich. Excellent pediatrician! Miss Dr. Nitschmann Sabine is an excellent pediatrician. Frau Dr. Nitschmann ist so toll auf meinen Sohn eingegangen und hat mit Geduld und Spiel für eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre gesorgt, obwohl er davor etwas ängstlich war. Die Mitarbeiterin und der Mitarbeiter waren beide sehr freundlich und sind ebenfalls auffallend einfühlsam mit meinem Sohn umgegangen. Die Ordination ist modern, kindgerecht verspielt und sauber. Kommen wir nun zur Wartezeit, die in früheren Rezensionen stark kritisiert wurde: ich hatte selten so einen pünktlichen Termin bei einem Arzt. Ich konnte kaum die Patienteninformation ausfüllen, da wurden wir schon für die Untersuchung abgeholt. Und das obwohl wir erst heute Früh den Termin vereinbart haben.
