P	Phanu Maprang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klein aber feine Postfiliale. Finde das Personal echt freundlich und kompetent kann die schlechten Rezensionen nicht nachvollziehen. Small but fine post office. Find the staff really friendly and competent the bad reviews can not understand.
m	marcel bauwe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechter Laden heute wurde das Packet abgelehnt weils angeblich zu klein wär obwohl ich seid jahren solche Packerln verschicke werd mich auch an die Zentrale wenden und mich beschweren das is ein No Go ihr habts Packerln anzunehmen ohne zu murren !Beim nächsten mal erwarte ich besserung! Very bad shop today the package was rejected because it was supposed to be too small although I have been sending such packages for years I will also contact the head office and complain that this is a no go you have to accept packages without grumbling! Next time I expect improvement!

Aber die Art heute war nicht akzeptabel.Für die Aktion heute hätte ich am liebsten 0 Sterne vergeben ? I've just been terribly annoyed about the unfriendly way! So you do not treat customers! And I have to say fair that I have been served otherwise always friendly and happy to go there. But the kind today was not acceptable. For the action today I would have liked to give 0 stars ?

S	Steffi Eder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute habe ich mich zum 4 mal so geärgert! Bin wegen Corona Home Office den ganzen Tag zuhause und erwarte ein Packet. Es klingelt nicht, ich bekomm keinen Brief, nichts. Nach zwei Wochen wundere ich mich wo meine Bestellung bleibt (die schon längst da sein sollte) und schaue mir im Internet die Sendungsverfolgung an. Das Packerl liegt schon seit ner Woche abholbereit auf der Post und ich habe angeblich eine Info im Postkasten bekommen. Nein ich habe absolut nichts bekommen! Wenn ich nicht im Internet nachdchaue warte ich noch 5 Wochen. Super Leistung. Das 4 mal in Folge nur Käse! Today I was annoyed for the fourth time! I'm at home all day because of Corona Home Office and expect a package. It doesn't ring, I don't get a letter, nothing. After two weeks, I wonder where my order is (which should have been there a long time ago) and look at the shipment tracking on the Internet. The parcel has been in the post ready for collection for a week and I have allegedly received an info in the mailbox. No, I got absolutely nothing! If I don't look on the internet, I'll wait another 5 weeks. Super performance. The 4 times in a row only cheese!

Zustellung katastrophal, seit drei Wochen mehr keine Werbung im Postkastel usw. For me the most unfriendly post office that I know at the moment, the "old" staff has had its day! Delivery catastrophic, no advertising in the Postkastel etc. for three weeks.
M	Melanie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein berufstätiger Mensch benötigt einen Urlaubstag oder Zeitausgleich, um die Post in geöffnetem Zustand vorzufinden. Wenn es schon aus historisch gewachsenen Gründen keine Samstagsöffnung gibt, könnte man die Öffnungszeiten doch zumindest auf 18:00 ausdehnen, wie es auch bei vielen anderen Postfilialen der Fall ist. A working person needs a vacation day or time off in order to find the post office open. If, for historical reasons, there is no Saturday opening, the opening hours could at least be extended to 6:00 pm, as is the case with many other post offices.

Dank starkem Regen während unserer Abwesenheit musste ich meine Geschäftspost zum Trocknen aufhängen. Sehr ärgerlich und inakzeptabel. Null Sterne würde es besser treffen Rented a vacation mailbox ... but 1 week's mail was stuffed into the mailbox ... Thanks to heavy rain during our absence, I had to hang up my business mail to dry. Very annoying and unacceptable. Zero stars would hit better
