Vereinbarte Rückrufe waren Mangelware, mehrfache Urgenzen nötig, zusätzliche Gebühren die bei anderen Anbieter inkludiert sind wurden gesondert verrechnet. Jedenfalls vorab ein Pauschalhonorar vereinbaren. Ansonsten ok. Our sales contract was not processed professionally. Agreed callbacks were in short supply, multiple origins required, additional fees included with other providers were charged separately. In any case, agree a flat fee in advance. Otherwise ok.

Zuständige Sachbearbeiter sind prinzipiell in Besprechungen in Karenz oder haben gekündigt. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend und äußerst mühsam. The processing of a purchase contract is still not completed after one year. Agreed callbacks are ignored. Responsible clerks are principally in meetings on parental leave or have given notice. Overall very disappointing and extremely troublesome.
