★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hab heute versucht das Hauptpostamt telefonisch zu erreichen, da unserere Urlaubsvertretung anscheindend unserer Post wegschmeisst???? Nicht mal die im I-net angegebene Nummer stimmt !!!!!!!!!
 Today I tried to reach the main post office by phone, because our vacation replacement apparently throws our mail away ???? Not even the number given in the I-net is correct !!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein letzter Postbesuch war ein Paradebeispiel für eine falsche Postenbesetzung im A1 Bereich aufgrund einer Erkrankung der sonst dafür zuständigen Mitarbeiterin. Der junge Mann den man dafür vorgesehen hatte wusste ca. soviel wie ein Durchschnittsösterreicher von der chinesischen Grammatik. Zu meinem Erstaunen meldete sich nach Genesung mein Erstkontakt Fr.Albert, die sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten aufrichtig entschuldigte. Wir hatten ein sehr konstruktives und gutes Gespräch. FAZIT: Fr Albert ist eine sehr engagierte Fachkraft die weiß wos langgeht. Schade dass das Image durch eine Fehlentscheidung des Managements schaden genommen hat. Die 5 Sterne widme ich Fr. Albert
My last visit to the post office was a prime example of wrongly filling a post in the A1 area due to an illness of the employee otherwise responsible. The young man who was supposed to be there knew about as much as an average Austrian about Chinese grammar. To my astonishment, my first contact, Ms. Albert, got in touch after recovery and she sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. We had a very constructive and good conversation. CONCLUSION: Albert is a very committed specialist who knows what's going on. It is a shame that the image has been damaged by a wrong decision by the management. I dedicate the 5 stars to Ms. Albert
