K	Katharina Moser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es liegt im Einkaufszentrum DEZ, was sehr praktisch ist, wenn man alles in einem Gebäude erledigen kann. Die Angestellte am Schalter war sehr freundlich. It is located in the shopping center DEZ, which is very convenient if you can do everything in a building. The staff at the counter was very friendly.

Wurde sehr gut beraten und freue mich auf meinen nächsten Besuch! Was in the post office in DEC. Was received in a very open and friendly manner by an apprentice (Mr. Erkoc). Was very well advised and I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Laut gelben Abholschein sollte dies ab 09:00 Uhr (früher macht die Filiale leider nicht auf) möglich sein. In der Filiale wurde mir dann mitgeteilt, dass der Zusteller noch nicht da war und sie mir auch nicht sagen können, wann ich das Dokument abholen kann. Das ist leider alles andere als kundenfreundlich, aber die Post kann es sich scheinbar noch leisten... I wanted to pick up an RSb letter from the post office at 09:00 today. According to yellow pick-up this should be possible from 09:00 clock (earlier, the branch does not open). In the branch I was informed that the delivery person was not there yet and they can not tell me when I can pick up the document. This is unfortunately anything but customer-friendly, but the post office can apparently still afford ...

Jetzt bekomme ich aber nicht mehr eine Mitteilung oder einen abholbescheid im Priefkasten I made an extra parking permit which was very complicated at the post office counter. But now I no longer get a message or a pick-up notice in the mailbox
