Always nice and courteous, my absolute favorite post. And now needed a new cell phone contract. The advice was just great. Deserved 5 stars??
C	Chriss Langebner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spitzen Beratung. Hat alles super funktioniert. Wollte meinen uralt UPC Tarif wechseln. Nachdem noch ein paar Punkte offen waren wurde ich später zurückgerufen. Die Infos waren mindestens gleich gut wie bei der Magenta Hotline---- (ich finde sie sogar noch besser). Ein super Service - ich geh nur noch dahin wenn ich was brauch. Danke ! Great advice. Everything worked great. I wanted to change my old UPC tariff. After a few points were still open, I was later called back. The information was at least as good as with the Magenta hotline ---- (I think it's even better). Great service - I only go there when I need something. Thank you !

A	Angel Angel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nur 1 freundlicher Mitarbeiter - Erklärungen, wenn Pakete retour kommen oder nicht da sind, obwohl sie da sein sollten, gibts leider keine... Die Paketsuche dauert mitunter auch eeeewig. Das einzig Positive sind die Öffnungszeiten. Zudem quatschen die Jungen oft lieber als zu arbeiten und in Coronazeiten ein absoluter Graus... Der Mitarbeiten beim Handyshop trägt die Maske fast immer am Kinn und seine Kunden auch, ohne Probleme und Rücksicht auf alte Leute usw. Und Achtung: Keine Bankomatzahlung möglich! Only 1 friendly employee - explanations, if parcels come back or are not there, although they should be there, unfortunately there are no ... The package search sometimes takes a lot of time. The only positive thing is the opening times. In addition, the boys often prefer to chat than to work and in Corona times an absolute horror ... The employee at the mobile phone shop almost always wears the mask on their chin and so does their customers, without any problems or consideration for old people etc. And be careful: no ATM payment possible!
R	Rene Graves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kompletter Chaosladen! Manchmal kommt mir vor die Typen da drinnen sind einfach zu faul um jemanden anständig zu bedienen! Zuletzt behauptet der am Schalter, wenn ich ein Paket außerhalb der EU verschicke muß ich das zuvor im Internet anmelden und mit dem qr Code wieder kommen und verschickt mich. Tags drauf gehe ich zu einer anderen Filiale, da geht's plötzlich per Handzettel. Pakete sind tagelang nicht auffindbar oder man wird wieder verschickt, weil das Paket anscheinend nicht da ist obwohl da sein müsste. Die halbe Zeit wird in dem Laden sowieso türkisch gesprochen und die entsprechenden Kunden lungern schon fast hinterm Tresen herum! Diese Filiale ist eher ein Bazar als ein Postpartner! Absoluter Saftladen Complete mess shop! Sometimes it feels like the guys in there are just too lazy to serve someone properly! Lastly, the one at the counter claims that if I send a package outside the EU I have to register it on the internet beforehand and come back with the QR code and send me. The next day I go to another branch and suddenly I get a handout. Parcels cannot be found for days or you will be sent again because the parcel is apparently not there although it should be there. Half the time, Turkish is spoken in the shop anyway and the corresponding customers are almost lurking behind the counter! This branch is more of a bazaar than a postal partner! Absolute juice shop
