Man muss halt hin, und das wissen die Angestellten und arbeiten dementsprechend. Work shy, incompetent, preferably only 1 star. Rude and the boss, sorry, a proletarian. You just have to go, and the employees know that and work accordingly.

Eine Post zu übergeben dauert nicht einem 2 Minuten und kommt man um Punkt 12 Uhr wird man rausgeworfen. Mit dem Worten " ich habe Pause". I am very disappointed with the post. The staff are rude and slow. Handing over a post doesn't take 2 minutes and if you arrive at 12 o'clock sharp you will be kicked out. With the words "I have a break".
J	Jasmine F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eventuell der schlechteste Service in Wien. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind total unfreundlich. Haben von 12-14Uhr zu, Selbstbedienungsmaschine funktioniert nur manchmal. Wer also kurz mal in der Mittagspause hin will, ärgert sich schnell. Und wenn sie offen ist, ist mit ewigen Wartezeiten zu rechnen. Possibly the worst service in Vienna. Most of the staff are totally rude. Open from 12-2pm, self-service machine only works sometimes. So if you want to go there during your lunch break, you get annoyed quickly. And if it is open, you can expect eternal waiting times.

Ist schon recht nervend, da ich die ganze Zeit zuhause bin! Es wird bei uns einfach nicht angeläutet, und nur eine Benachrichtigung im Briefkasten hinterlassen. Bei der Postfilliale sagen sie einfach "Rufen sie das Kundendienst an"... The parcels have never been delivered to me recently despite my presence - already the 3rd time in a week! It's really annoying because I'm at home all the time! We just don't ring the bell and just leave a notification in the mailbox. At the post office just say "Call customer service" ...

Allerdings erhalten wir in letzter Zeit keine Pakete mehr. Wir sind es ja gewohnt, dass nicht geklingelt wird (wir waren im letzten Monat fast durchgehend zu Hause), aber mittlerweile werden auch keine Nachrichten über den Verbleib des Paketes gegeben. Online, so man verfolgen kann, steht dann "wurde einem Nachbarn übergeben". Wer das ist darf man selber herausfinden. Oder es wird in der Filiale oder einer Übergabestation gelagert und man muss extra anrufen um herauszufinden wo das Paket ist. Generally no complaints about the branch itself. The staff are always helpful and correct. However, we haven't received any packages lately. We're used to not ringing the bell (we've been at home almost all the time for the last month), but meanwhile we're not given any messages about the whereabouts of the package. Online, so you can track it, it says "was handed over to a neighbor". You can find out for yourself who that is. Or it is stored in the branch or a transfer station and you have to call extra to find out where the package is.
