★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The by far worst parcel station/service point I have ever encountered in life. Apart from not wearing masks indoor, the responsible person pretended not to have received any parcel. Instead, they asked us to come back in an hour, well knowing that they would close in 10 min. They did not even check whether they received any parcel and - on top of that ignored us after we asked them kindly to search for ourselves. It turned out in the end that the parcel had indeed been delivered. They did not even check the ID properly so virtually any person could have taken the parcel. One star out of five but only because it is unfortunately not possible to rate lower. The only scenario in which I would recommend this parcel station to people is if you are eager to lose your parcel/waste your time with unfriendly, unmotivated people.
