★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Frechheit wie der Händler mit dem Kunden spricht, nur weil er unter Stress ist. Mit der Argumentation, dass er zuviele Anrufe bekommen hat wegen einem bestimmten Auto. "Jeder heisl ruft heut an."
Das ist ihr Beruf diese Anrufe mit Respekt entgegenzunehmen. Wenn sie nicht im Stande sind niveauvoll mit Kunden umzugehen geschweige davon Menschen mögen. Dann üben sie den falschen Beruf aus!!!
 An insolence as the dealer talks to the customer just because he is under stress. With the argument that he got too many calls because of a certain car. "Every heisl calls today."
It is their job to take these calls with respect. If they are not able to handle customers with high standards, let alone people like them. Then they are doing the wrong job !!!
