Horrible services for English speakers. They have untrained employee - Ms. Andrea Gerhard, arranged my appointment and she was sooooo rude ! She made mistakes and lied to me over the phone. She blamed the customers for her own mistakes! What was the most funny part - she said she is the only one who makes appointment in English - However, she talked to me and wrote to me in German! Walk away!

What a waste of time today with the person in charge of Diplomatic Sales. Unwelcoming, rude and by no means knowledgeable to recommend anything. Basically cracked the data I gave him in the configurator and gave the price of a BMW for a Passat with worse configuration! For alternatives he just tells me to go where the offers are, that if I want to drive a VW, that's the price to pay. Speechless. Stay as far as you can if you don't want them to ruin your day.

Hi there, I am writing in English, because this review is mostly for the fellow colleagues from UN, which come to work for 5 to 7 years and go back to their home countries. First, the person that sells you the car will speak English, but do not expect anyone in the workshop to speak English. They do speak German, Serbian and probably other languages, but not English. I find it a bit strange for a company that has a picture of the UN on their website. The assumption might be that the UN cars do not break, but still, oil change, annual inspections, tires change... I understand the company, which has much bigger clients (police, ministries etc.) and as it is based in Austria, they should not impose employee’s requirement to speak English. I would suggest that one English-speaking person at the workshop reception would be a great help. But my dissatisfaction with this company is different. I am still waiting to get my Certificate of Conformity (in German Genehmigungsdatenbank eingetragen Dokumente) for a car that I bought from Germany. I'll update the post as soon as I get it, but now it's more than 6 weeks :-) I had previous experience with Mercedes where it took 2 weeks and the import was from non-EU country. All I get as answer is to be patient. Well, I consider myself as patient person, but waiting 6 weeks for documents seems a bit too much. The issue is I have no idea how much longer I have to wait. I’ll update the post as I get the documents. My warm recommendation would be to look somewhere else when choosing a garage for your car. I know it is convenient to drop the car just across the street, but the experience is not good at all. _____________________ I have received the documet today. Less than 7 weeks.

Was informing myself about the service costs for my car and the contact person first didn't call me back as promised and when I called him, he told me that he won't tell me about the costs since I already called few times on the same topic in the past 3 years. He said specifically "you always call and never let your car be repaired here". Well I suppose it's unacceptable to compare prices between auto shops, and I suppose it's too big of an expedient to find the costs out for me, a customer who paid quite some money for car import and other services in Auto Schwandl. Really disappointed today.
