Der Besichtigungstermin an sich verlief in einer wirklich sehr freundlichen wie auch gleichzeitig kompetenten und unaufdringlichen Art und Weise. Daß man sich allerdings letztendlich nicht vollends für sie Immobilie entschieden hat lag an gewissen Voraussetzungen, Vorstellungen und ganz bestimmt nicht an der Persönlichkeit von Hrn.Poth. Aber vielleicht treffen sich die Wege ja irgendwann nochmals wieder! Zu wünschen und empfehlenswert wäre es in jedem Fall. Right at the beginning, ... HR.POTH was there on time. The viewing appointment itself went in a really very friendly and at the same time competent and unobtrusive manner. The fact that in the end one did not fully decide in favor of her property was due to certain requirements, ideas and certainly not to the personality of Mr. Poth. But maybe the paths will meet again at some point! It would be desirable and recommendable in any case.

Die Terminvereinbarung war sehr rasch und Herr Poth nahm sich wirklich viel Zeit für die Besichtigung und das Gespräch zu Immobilienwert und Vermarktungsstrategie. The appointment was very quick and Mr. Poth really took a lot of time to visit and talk about property value and marketing strategy.
