Klein aber fein, Qualität vor Quantität im Geschäft, sehr technisch versierte Mitarbeiter vor Ort, Srevice stimmt überein Wurde zum Schluß überzeugt und habe 2 E-MTB-Fully von Omnia bestellt. Initially rather skeptical, then on closer inspection very positive. Small but nice, quality before quantity in the business, very technically experienced employees on site, service agrees Was finally convinced and ordered 2 E-MTB-Fully from Omnia.

Ich bin dann zu Podio Bikes und habe höflich gefragt, ob sie eine Luftpumpe hätten zum Ausleihen, damit ich mir meine Reifen aufpumpen könnte. Stattdessen: die freundlichen Männer haben mir gleich mein Bike aus der Hand genommen, es hinten in ihre Werkstatt gestellt und es auf dem Radständer fachmännisch aufgepumpt mit Druckluft !! Und sie wollten NICHT EINMAL EINE KLEINE BEZAHLUNG..! Danke! Toller Service, Podio Bikes wird der Shop meiner Wahl für meinen nächsten Rad-Kauf !! I was cycling in Rossau when I noticed that my tires were running out of air. I then went to Podio Bikes and politely asked if they had an air pump to borrow so I could inflate my tires. Instead: the friendly men immediately took my bike out of my hands, put it in the back of their workshop and professionally pumped it up on the wheel stand with compressed air !! And they didn't want EVEN A SMALL PAYMENT..! Thanks! Great service, Podio Bikes will be my shop of choice for my next bike purchase!!

Die derzeitige Liefersituation ist bestimmt für jeden kleinen Händler nicht einfach - aber die Jungs machen das Beste draus. Very friendly, incredibly hard-working and extremely competent! I was even given the opportunity to try out bikes before the shop opened - TOP service! Thanks! The current delivery situation is definitely not easy for any small retailer - but the guys are making the best of it.
