h	hemch fero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ be careful, recently opened so that the staff are not professional and they don't know how to deal with members in a gentle way. if you want to cancel your contract, you should inform them before 6 Months.
F	Firas fitinn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ unfriendly staff they blocked my membership.... the receptionist SOPHIA, she didn't let me in to exercise, because i should dress my shoes only inside the studio, even i come by car and my shoes are very clean brand new .... worst than this, i told her okay next time i will dress my sport shoes only after coming inside the studio and not before... she didn't agree to let me in. it was very bad that i drunk my pre workout and i was ready to train ... no one informed me before... the rules say that i should exercise with sport shoes and sport clothes, already i have both ... anyway i canceled my contract and i went to Mcfit to train as a Guest. ? ( one more thing, you can't cancel your contract only after 6 months of informing them )
S	Svetlana Jensen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mess, chaos, low qualification of the employees. Seriously, never ever this gym. Due to relocating to another country we faced the problem that the contract can't be closed earlier even if you move out of the country and can't rewrite the contract on anybody else (is it slavery or what?). In the gym they told us, close the bank account, and that's it, on email hotline they said we need to pay till the end of year. So we went in May and paid the money for the rest of the year. Beginning of June - they try to book monthly payment, emails, sending the money back. End of June - Mahnung, some bank expenses for returning the money that they booked by mistake (THEIR MISTAKE). Refused to give information about the company management, because what is the point to talk to one of these people from the hotline, they mess up every single time. It seems like there is no decent IT system, process or quality management in the "company". No 1 in Austria?! That's some "fantastic" level for No 1 in Austria. It's embarrassing to work like this.

L	Ljuben on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and clean but am I the only one who is upset that they only have mild warm water for showering? Im not expecting or asking for super hot water but one should be able to shower properly and without worrying about cold water, especially when you pay extra for the showering -_-
