Die Beratung, die Atmosphäre, die freundlichkeit des Personals waren höchste Klasse! Die Auswahl und das Sortiment sind groß. Piccus hat sogar einen eigenen DJI-Shop - perfekt für alle Drohne liebhaber! Die Beratung über die verschiedenen Drohnen waren top, Herr Isik nimmt sich Zeit die genauen Bedürfnisse zu erfassen und dann mit Expertise zu helfen und zu beraten. Sehr empfehlenswert! Finally a super electrical shop with competent advice in Tyrol! I recently got the S10 + and was really very positively surprised. The advice, the atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff were top class! The selection and assortment are great. Piccus even has its own DJI shop - perfect for all drone lovers! The advice on the various drones were top, Mr. Isik takes time to grasp the exact needs and then to help and advise with expertise. Highly recommended!

Der Lieferant hat auch nicht bei uns geklingelt und den UPS Access Point als "Nachbar" angegeben, damit er das System umgehen kann. Eine Zumutung vor allem für ältere Kunden, die gegebenenfalls auch kein Auto haben und somit nicht ohne Hilfe an ihre Pakete kommen. Mitarbeiter im Shop reagierte gleichgültig, als ich ihn darauf hingewiesen habe. Deshalb die Bewertung, damit ihr wenigstens versucht, so etwas in Zukunft zu vermeiden. Accepts packages over 20kg, disregarding UPS guidelines. The supplier did not ring our doorbell either, specifying the UPS Access Point as a "neighbor" so that he could bypass the system. An unreasonable expectation, especially for older customers, who may not have a car and thus cannot get their parcels without help. Staff in the shop reacted indifferently when I pointed this out to him. Therefore the evaluation, so that you at least try to avoid something like that in the future.

Ich habe das Glas Wasser um das ich gebeten habe dass es mir ein bisschen besser geht sofort erhalten. Die Angestellten waren voll besorgt um mich, fragten auch ob ich die Rettung brauche, war glücklicherweise nicht der Fall. Ich will damit sagen: Die behandeln Dich nicht nur sehr freundlich als deren Kunde/n sondern auch als Mensch. ???????? Ich werde gerne wieder meine Pakete dort abholen gehen! I picked up a package yesterday, I wasn't feeling well at all, I was dizzy. I immediately received the glass of water that I asked for to feel a little better. The staff were worried about me and also asked if I needed a rescue, luckily that wasn't the case. I want to say that they not only treat you very kindly as their customer / s but also as a person. ???????? I will be happy to pick up my packages there again!
