Mr. Ayanlar answered immediately, was very friendly and competent. Before that, the magenta hotline simply threw me off the line after waiting 10 minutes.

Great emergency: the daughter's cell phone fell down, the screen was dead. We were helped very nicely and competently. Repair only a few days despite ordering. We were kept well and reliably up to date by telephone. A great team, fair price. Keep it up.
