Ist leider nur ein Franchise Laden wurde mir erklärt?! Bin persönlich von A1 enttäuscht dass Sie überhaupt solche "Shops" zur Verfügung stellen.... Was in the shop today to apply for the mobile phone signature. Apparently it is not possible here, although A1 Shop is advertised on a huge scale. Unfortunately, only a franchise store was explained to me ?! Personally, I am disappointed with A1 that they even offer such "shops" ....

Ist dies so gewollt? Ich bin etwas verwirrt, ist dies das normale Prozedere? LG eduard Dear A1 team, Whenever I pass this A1 shop to have my contractual matters processed, I never see employees at the counter, unless they are serving a customer. Is this what you want? Von einem jungen Mann mit Vollbart und schwarzen Haar worden wir hervorragend beraten und alles in Ruhe und mit viel Freundlichkeit erklärt. Wir haben uns im Geschäft sehr wohl gefühlt. Besser geht es nicht. Preis Leistung völlig okay. Weiter so immer wieder Danke Alrun und Ralph We were in the shop on February 8th, 2021 at around 9:30 a.m. We received excellent advice from a young man with a full beard and black hair and everything was explained calmly and with great friendliness. We felt very comfortable in the shop. It couldn't be better. Price performance completely okay. Keep it up again and again Thanks Alrun and Ralph

Es gab einige Änderungen die mir Herr Cemgiz mit viel Aufwand und Ausdauer näher gebracht hat. Besten Dank für den großen Zeitaufwand und die beruhigen Worte. Komme gerne wieder. I was at A1 in the Sillpark today and extended my contract for another 2 years. There were some changes that Mr. Cemgiz brought me closer to with a lot of effort and perseverance. Thank you very much for the great investment of time and the reassuring words. I'd love to come back.
