Das ist leider nicht das erste mal passiert, und auch mit ihm. Jede könnte schlechten Tag haben, da passiert es zu oft. Zum Glück gibt es andere Drei Shops in der Stadt, für das sage ich endgültig tschüss. The seller was not trying, just plain rude, before I could finish my question, he said bye. Unfortunately that did not happen the first time, and also with him. Everybody could have a bad day, it happens too often. Fortunately, there are other three shops in the city, for which I say goodbye finally.

Behauptet viel, aber wenn man dann bei einem echten Drei-Shop fragt bekommt man ganz andere (auch billigere) Möglichkeiten und wird man aufgeklärt dass man hier Unwahrheiten präsentiert bekommen hatte... Unfortunately, in reality it belongs to the CityMobile (the other cell phone shop in MerkurCity) and is unfortunately also terrible. P	Plus Travel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Bursche hat einfach abgelehnt zu helfen. Er sagte die Zentrale hat verboten eety Karte aktivieren oder registrieren zu helfen. Obwohl eety hat diese Laden empfohlen. Er war frech und unfreundlich. The guy just refused to help. He said the central office has forbidden to activate eety card or register to help. Although eety has this store recommended. He was cheeky and rude.

Nach Anfrage auf Änderung meiner Zahlungsart wurde zwar eine Änderung durchgeführt - aber auf die gleiche Kontonummer wie zuvor. Auf unseren neuen Wlan-Router warten wir sowieso schon seit über 4 Wochen trotz mehrmaliger Anrufe und Shop-Besuche (bei denen uns jedes Mal aufs Neue versichert wurde, dass wir in den nächsten von ihnen hören werden) - bis heute nicht geschehen! The staff is unfortunately extremely unfriendly, unmotivated and incompetent. After a request to change my payment method, a change was made - but to the same account number as before. We've been waiting for our new WiFi router for over 4 weeks anyway, despite repeated calls and visits to the shop (where we've been assured anew every time that we'll hear from you in the next few weeks) - to this day it hasn't happened!
