★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich finde es unverschämt das man den Markt nicht direkt anrufen kann um etwas zu fragen sondern immer persönlich dort antanzen muss! Bei der “Hotline“ von Media Markt oder wer auch immer das ist wird versprochen das man vom Markt angerufen wird und das es als dringlich eingetragen wird ganzen Tag gewartet keiner hat angerufen! Das ist der Service für Kunden die mehrere tausend von Euros dort lassen? Könnt gleich in Konkurs gehen!
 I find it outrageous that you can't call the market directly to ask something, but always have to show up there in person! The “hotline” from Media Markt or whoever it is promises that the market will call you and that it will be entered as urgent, waiting all day, nobody has called! This is the service for customers who leave several thousand euros there? You could go bankrupt right now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't find the desired product in store, so I had to order online. That was usually no problem until now. I opted for collection instead of delivery. But I had to wait more than 40 minutes for the collection of my product!!! That is absolutely ridiculous! So please do yourself a favour and pay for the delivery. You might get your product much quicker and easier!
