S	Sebi 1312 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Handy Reparatur extrem lange gedauert und mir wurden immer wieder Termine gesagt die nicht eingehalten werden konnten (war 3 mal vor Ort als mein Handy schon fertig sein sollte). Wenn man dann 2-3 tage länger auf sein Handy wartet erhält man 0% Rabatt und eine Rechnung gibts auch nicht. Handy repair took a long time and I was repeatedly told appointments that could not be met (was 3 times on site when my phone should be ready). If you wait 2-3 days longer on your phone, you get 0% discount and an invoice is not synonymous.

Mein Smartphone wurde schnell und zuverlässig repariert und der Chef und sein Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht und stets gut gelaunt ? Wirklich ein super Geschäft wo ich gern hin gehe und es auch anderen empfehle So I can only report positive things! Leider gibt es dort ein großes Parkplatzproblem. 2 Sterne Abzug gibt es dass im Geschäft keine Maske getragen wird, erst wenn der Kunde reinkommt. Aber das macht keinen Sinn! There are no problems with the package output. Unfortunately there is a big problem with parking there. There is a 2 star deduction that no mask is worn in the shop until the customer comes in. But that doesn't make sense!

Keine garantie beim neue Upload ,Update installation!??? Not recommended! Personal data and documents (photos) are not saved on the mobile phone, I just lost them there! No guarantee for a new upload, update installation! ???
S	Sandra Suess on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war zufrieden. Es waren der Mitarbeiter und der Geschäftsführer freundlich und ich konnte auch alles fragen. Ich musste den Akku tauschen lassen.. Mir wurde auch der alte Akku gezeigt und ich bekam auch eine Rechnung. Das Einzige war, dass es etwas komplizierter war, zu erfragen, ob der neue Akku bereits geliefert wurde. Da wäre toll, wenn es ein Handy oder Telefon im Geschäft selbst gibt und so zb der Mitarbeiter Auskunft geben kann, wenn der Geschäftsführer gerade nicht im Haus ist. Sollte ich wieder ein Problem mit dem Handy haben, komm ich sicher wieder vorbei.. I was satisfied. The employee and the manager were friendly and I could ask anything. I had to have the battery replaced. I was also shown the old battery and received an invoice. The only thing was that it was a little trickier to ask if the new battery had already been shipped. It would be great if there was a cell phone or telephone in the shop itself and, for example, the employee could provide information when the manager is not in the house. If I have another problem with my cell phone, I'll be sure to come back.
