Ich war heute dort bin eigentlich aus Melk und gehe meist nur in Sankt Pölten zum handy shop aber was ich da heute gesehen haben verschlägt mir sämtliche worte. Der junge mann am Tresen war mehr als kompetent, freundlich und zuvor kommend. Liebend gerne fahre ich nochmal dorthin um mir zubehör fürs handy zukaufen.
Von meinen Erfahrungen nach ist das der beste Handy Shop den ich kenne, zügiges arbeiten und Freundlichkeit was will man mehr und natürlich das preis Leistung Verhältnis.
Ich kann den Verkäufer nur loben.

I can only praise this business.
I was there today, I'm actually from Melk and mostly only go to the mobile phone shop in Sankt Pölten, but what I saw there today takes me away from my words. The young man at the bar was more than competent, friendly and up-front. I love to go there again to buy accessories for my cell phone.
In my experience this is the best mobile phone shop I know, quick work and friendliness what more could you want and of course the price-performance ratio.
I can only praise the seller.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als ich mir vor ein paar Wochen eine Folie an meinem Samsung Handy habe machen lassen wurde ich bezüglich meinem Handy und deren "extra" Funktionen beraten von den ich eigentlich nichts wusste auch die Folie war ok ich hab das geschäft verlassen und habe 25€ bezahlt.
Bereits paar tage später begann sich die folie zu lösen dadurch mein Handy ein Originales Samsung Cover hat (3shop) habe ich auch probleme beim bedienen der laut/leiser taste gehabt Folie sprang immer auf erst als ich mein Cover entfernte kam ich darauf das die Folie eigentlich viel zu groß für das Handy war!!! Nach paar Tagen war unter der Folie so viel schmutz und bläschen das ich darauf doch noch in das Geschäft gefahren bin.
Als mein Mann dan für mich die Reklamation machen wollte (mein Mann war auch beim kauf dabei) wurde ihm gesagt man könnte uns 20% rabatt auf eine zweite folie geben und es neu machen!! Finde ich frech und habe mich abgezockt gefühlt! Ich bin dan zum 3 Shop gegangen dem verkäufer war dan alles klar .. ich habe eine neue Folie machen lassen und siehe da ohne probleme und passgenau ..
Vielleicht einfach nicht anbieten und machen wen man eigentlich schon weiß das die Folie für dieses Handy nicht passt und dan noch das Cover reinquetscht in der Hoffnung es falle nicht auf ..
When I had a film made on my Samsung cell phone a few weeks ago, I was advised about my cell phone and its "extra" functions that I actually didn't know about, and the film was ok. I left the shop and paid 25 €.
Just a few days later, the film began to loosen, so my cell phone has an original Samsung cover (3shop) I also had problems using the volume up / down button. The film always jumped up only when I removed my cover I realized that the film was actually was way too big for the cell phone !!! After a few days there was so much dirt and blisters under the film that I went to the store after all.
When my husband wanted to make the complaint for me (my husband was also there when the purchase was made) he was told that we could give us a 20% discount on a second slide and make it new !! I think that's cheeky and felt ripped off! I went to the 3 shop then everything was clear to the seller .. I had a new film made and lo and behold, without any problems and with a perfect fit ..
Maybe just don't offer and do if you already know that the film doesn't fit for this mobile phone and then squeezes the cover in, hoping it won't attract attention ..
