And the note he left behind has no information on when or if he's coming back. And it's taken weeks and weeks to be repaired. Not happy.
J	Julio Pablo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samsung UHDTV 55 half of the left screen turned very dark(bought Dec27 2018 in Vienna), called and sent pictures to Samsung service then made an appointment , after a week (today the 24 July 2019), the technician came and replaced the screen. Now everything is fine! Thank you very much

K	Ken Madden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no idea if Mobiletouch Austria have made a decent guarantee repair of my Huawei wristwatch as I haven't received it yet! Finally yesterday I received the usual lying email from DPD - "Leide haben wir uns verpasst" which is the same content as every other delivery this company have failed to deliver for the last 3 years. I must now collect the delivery kilometers away from here. Both my wife and I are currently permanently at home office and any attempt to deliver would have been successful. It is no wonder I have banned our associates from dealing with this deliberately incompetent delivery service!
F	Florin-Robert Bontas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately the Mobiletouch technician was not able to find out the reason why my iPhone keeps shutting down, but he was very quick to declare that the issue is not covered by the warranty. (Which issue?) The phone is still covered by the 2 years warranty period in EU.
P	Patrick Reichmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total rip off! Achtung - grenzt an Betrug! No feedback at all after I've sent in my defective huawei headset for repairs in warranty (rep nr 409862364). After two months I asked for the status - two weeks passed by before Mobiletouch replied that I had sent in the device without the invoice. Which I had submitted (as mandatory data!) in the repair request form initially. I replied with the hyperlink to the invoice attachment from the form I had filled in almost three months ago. Two weeks passed again, and I was notified that the repair is delayed due to a missing spare part (which was ordered). One week later, my headset was returned via post. And it turned out - they didn't touch it! Just send it back without a repair. Rationale: device is not covered under their warranty and should be returned to where I bought it (A1, HAAI)! Seriously, Mobiletouch?

She tried to help me with the issues that I presented, for which I am very grateful. It stands to be seen now, how the practical part of the service is taking care of(repairs on my phone), hence the 4 stars rating. I am a long time user of Huawei mobile phones, and was very happy with their performance. That is why, I chose the overhaul instead of getting a different brand, as my daily use phone(due to Google support). Thank you for your assistance and care! Sincerely, Cristi
