Customer service is super fast and very helpful. After a case no longer closes, I received a replacement immediately. That's how it should be!

Leider weder bei Louis noch bei Conrad war eines zu bekommen. Da wir aber am Nachmittag unterwegs richtung Urlaub gewesen wären, war mit bestellen auch nichts mehr. Also auf Verdacht zu SP United in den 23.Bezirk gefahren, um dort zu fragen ob sie vllt. ein Case haben. Hatten sie, und das ganze war auch noch gratis ?. Wollte mich auf diesen Weg nochmal bedanken??. Top Produkt, Top Kundenservice, Top Crew in Wien 23?? Alles in Allem mehr als empfehlenswert! Ich habe das teure Produkt nur erworben, weil ich für mein teureres IPhone 11 pro Max etwas absolut Sicheres haben wollte. Ich entschied mich für ein Kauf v. SP connect. Die Fahrradtour eine sehr große Enttäuschung, ein teurer Spaß zusätzlich eine große Entsetzung!!! Nachdem ich eine Strecke von 15 km gefahren bin, und eine Steigung hochgefahren bin, löste sich plötzlich das Handy von der Handyhalterung und stürzte unter die Räder. Nach Betrachtung der Handyhülle, klar auffällig (siehe Bild) die Spur vom Fahrradstreifen vom Fahrrad. Das komplette Display meines neu erworbenes Iphone 11 pro max ist nun kaputt. Ich bin zutiefst enttäuscht über die Qualität und über das erworbene Produkt. Das Produkt hält nicht das was es verspricht. Kundenservice existiert wahrscheinlich nur beim Kauf...... Ich bin zutiefst enttäuscht!!!!!!!! You advertise on your internet platform with the following slogan “Your smartphone is now safe”. I only bought the expensive product because I wanted something absolutely safe for my more expensive IPhone 11 pro Max. I decided to buy a v. SP connect. The bike tour was a very big disappointment, expensive fun and a big shock! After driving a distance of 15 km and climbing an incline, the mobile phone suddenly came off the mobile phone holder and fell under the wheels. After looking at the cell phone case, clearly noticeable (see picture) the trail of the bicycle lane from the bicycle. The entire display of my newly acquired Iphone 11 pro max is now broken. I am deeply disappointed with the quality and the product I purchased. The product doesn't deliver what it says on the tin. Customer service probably only exists when purchasing ...... I am deeply disappointed !!!!!!!!

Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen. Hier ist der Kunde König. Benutze eine Motorradhalterung mit Universalhalterung und eine mit Klebepad - beides absolut tadellos. The products are extremely high quality and highly recommended! The service and contact with the employees is absolutely customer-oriented and exemplary. I can recommend it to everybody. Here the customer is king. Use a motorcycle mount with universal mount and one with adhesive pad - both absolutely flawless.
