Dann zu Klipp und Co. Danke für die 11jährige bisherige Betreuung (trotz des auffälligen häufigen Wechsel des guten Personals). Auf Nicht-mehr-Wiedersehen! Due to our negative experiences with Mr. Schaider in the SCS (a lot of vouchers expired due to the takeover despite a promise to the contrary) we will - what a shame - avoid this business with my family even though we live next to it. Then to Klipp and Co. Thank you for the 11 year old care (despite the noticeable frequent changes of the good staff). Goodbye not to be seen again!

Ich bin mit dem Service immer zufrieden und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht den Kunden gerecht zu sein. Jeder Mitarbeiter fragt interessiert nach ob der Haarschnitt während dem Schneiden ok ist usw. In dieser Filiale kann man sich wohlfühlen und die Mitarbeiter sind immer sympathisch. Das ist mir und wahrscheinlich jedem Kunden wichtig. Danke: ) The haircut was very good and I have enjoyed going to this branch of the hairdressing company for about 6 years. I am always satisfied with the service and the employees try very hard to be fair to the customers. Every employee is interested in asking whether the haircut is ok while it is being cut, etc. You can feel comfortable in this branch and the employees are always friendly. Man merkt, dass er wirklich Freude bei der Arbeit hat. Top hairdresser - making appointments uncomplicated, nice staff, no long waiting times. I was particularly satisfied with Thomas: very precise and friendly. You can tell that he really enjoys his work.
Ś	Śūn yatā on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie wieder! Es war rundum schrecklich. Ich war sprachlos. Die Strähnen sind überhaupt nicht, wie ich sie wollte. Bisher wurden sie so gemacht, dass sie nahtlos mit meiner Naturhaarfarbe verschmelzen. Jetzt gibt es ein paar abgetrennte blonde Strähnen und die junge Dame (Lehrling?) hat es nicht mal hinbekommen die Strähnen am ganzen Ansatz zu machen. D.h. ich habe riesige Löcher. Es ist unfassbar. Dann konnte sie nicht mal frisieren. Sie riss mir so viele Haare aus. Ich bin fassungslos. Nachdem ich sie darauf hingewiesen habe, wurde es ein bisschen besser, aber auch die nächste "Friseurin" riss mir dann Haare aus. Wie bitte um alles in der Welt kann man einer Kundin unbehelligt auf so brutale Weise kontinuierlich Haare ausreißen und so tun als wäre nichts? Gehen die mit ihren eigenen Haaren auch so um? Ich komme nie wieder! Man muss aber hinzufügen, dass ich in der Vergangenheit eine außerordentlich gute Leistung von Sebastian und Manuel erhalten habe. Dies veranlasste mich wieder zu kommen, aber dieses mal war es eindeutig das letzte Mal. Fazit: Wenn Sie eine/n Gute*n erwischen, haben Sie großes Glück. Außerdem habe ich fast 140 Euro bezahlt für dieses Trauma. Des Weiteren kann ich die Kritik in anderen Rezensionen definitiv unterschreiben: Hektik, Stress, Abfertigung, teuer. Never again! It was terrible all around. I was speechless. The strands are not at all what I wanted them to be. So far they have been made to blend seamlessly with my natural hair color. Now there are a few separated blonde strands and the young lady (apprentice?) Has not even managed to pull the strands all the way through. That means I have huge holes. It is unbelievable. Then she couldn't even do her hair. She tore out so much of my hair. I am shocked. After I pointed this out, it got a little better, but the next "hairdresser" also tore out my hair. How on earth can you, unmolested, pull out a customer's hair in such a brutal way and pretend nothing is? Is that how they treat their own hair? I will never come back! But you have to add that in the past I have received an extremely good performance from Sebastian and Manuel. This made me come again, but this time it was definitely the last time. Conclusion: If you get a good guy, you are very lucky. I also paid almost 140 euros for this trauma. Furthermore, I can definitely subscribe to the criticism in other reviews: hectic, stress, clearance, expensive.

Auch wenn es nicht ganz billig ist, zahlt man es gerne weil man ein wunderbares Service bekommt und die Frisur die man sich wünscht auch tatsächlich eins zu eins umgesetzt wird. Ich war mega zufrieden und gehe bestimmt wieder hin. Hatte eine total liebe nette freundliche Friseurin die echt was kann ???. Das Lehrmädchen genauso kompetent und freundlich. Weiß was sie tut. Hat perfekt gearbeitet ich war voll zufrieden. Danke liebe Nadine ich fühle mich wieder Pudelwohl in meiner Haut. Danke liebe Nahomi die Strähnen sind wunderschön geworden. Weiter so?????? The staff is totally friendly, very competent and courteous and very, very well trained. ? Simply great. You can tell right away that professionals are at work here. Even if it's not exactly cheap, you're happy to pay for it because you get wonderful service and the hairstyle you want is actually implemented one-to-one. The only way you can save, if you have long hair, is to leave with wet hair. I had a appointment with Peter a year ago and my hair turned out great. I loved it! This time I had a woman called Anita - she did not take the time or effort to blow dry my hair nicely (despite this servicing costing more than the haircut). My baby hair was coming out all over the place - which shows she put 0 effort in it. I won’t be coming back here. For this price I expect more.
