Verstehe die ganzen negativen Rezensionen nicht, man sollte etwas Verständnis mitbringen die Apotheke ist immer hin gut besucht, immer voll da kann es schon mal passieren das die Mitarbeiter gestresst sind. Im großen und ganzen eine tolle Apotheke. Friendly and competent advice! Do not understand all the negative reviews, you should bring some understanding. The pharmacy is always well attended, always full because it can happen that the employees are stressed. On the whole, a great pharmacy.

Da kommt man weil man bezüglich seiner MS seine Medikamente benötigt diese werden Freitag bestellt mit der Antwort sie werden angerufen wenn das Medikament da ist. Wer hat angerufen? Natürlich niemand sondern ich musste meinen Medikament regelrecht nachlaufen. Das traurige ist man bekommt als Antwort "Ihr Medikament ist eh schon da" , super Service da wird sich nicht gemeldet sondern man lässt es halt einfach. Es wäre mir egal wenn es um was unwichtiges geht aber nicht um ein Medikament das dringend benötigt wird... That was definitely the last time I was in the pharmacy! You come here because you need your medication for your MS. These are ordered on Friday with the answer. You will be called when the medication is available. Who has called? Of course nobody but I really had to run after my medication. The sad thing is you get the answer "Your medication is already there", great service because they don't get in touch, they just leave it. I would not care if it is about something unimportant but not about a drug that is urgently needed ...

Die MitarbeiterInnen sind sehr freundlich und die Beratung ist immer erstklassig. Außerdem muss ich, selbst wenn viel los ist, nicht lange warten, da das Personal trotz viel Stress sehr kompetent und schnell arbeitet. Alles in allem für mich persönlich die beste Apotheke! I've been visiting this pharmacy for 5 years, but since the new boss has arrived, the pharmacy is much better. The staff are very friendly and the advice is always first class. A	Angelika Doucha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz reserviertem PCR Test-Termin am Samstag um 15.00 Uhr keine Testung möglich. "Wir haben keine Tests mehr, es waren so viele Leute da." Und wozu reserviert man? Warum gehen die Tests um 15.00 Uhr aus, wenn bis 17.00 Uhr Termine vergeben werden? Achselzucken als Antwort. Wenn wir nicht noch schnell einen PCR Selbsttest bei BIPA organisiert hätten, wäre ein wichtiger Spitalsbesuch bei einem engen Familienmitglied ins Wasser gefallen. Das war unser letzter Besuch in der Riverside Apotheke. Despite the reserved PCR test date on Saturday at 3 p.m., testing is not possible. "We don't have any more tests, there were so many people." And what do you reserve for? Why do the tests run out at 3 p.m. when appointments are made until 5 p.m.? Shrug in response. If we hadn't quickly organized a PCR self-test at BIPA, an important hospital visit to a close family member would have fallen into the water. That was our last visit to the Riverside Pharmacy.
M	Marco Gruber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitiv das 1. und das letzte Mal war ich in dieser Apotheke - die Chefin persönlich erzeugt hier eine stressige Atmosphäre - schreit die Mitarbeiter an und die Kunden werden wie das notwendige Übel behandelt. Da gibt es viele anderen Apotheken, die es schaffen, kunden- und mitarbeiterfreundlich zu wirken. Eigentlich "Null"-Sterne Definitely the first and last time I was in this pharmacy - the boss personally creates a stressful atmosphere here - yells at the employees and the customers are treated like the necessary evil. There are many other pharmacies that manage to appear customer and employee friendly. Actually "zero" stars
