Friendly, very professional, discreet, that's how a pharmacy should be. Almost all medicines in stock do not need to be ordered.

Einziger Minuspunkt: wenn ich zB weiß, dass es günstigere Generika gibt, und trotzdem wird mir das teure Markenprodukt unter die Nase gehalten. Sowas stört mich als Stammkundin, auch, wenn ich es aus geschäftlicher Sicht natürlich verstehen kann.

The only minus point: if I know, for example, that there are cheaper generics, and still the expensive branded product is held under my nose. Something like that bothers me as a regular customer, even if I can of course understand it from a business perspective.
