★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Birkenapotheke versteht es perfekt aus zufriedenen Kunden begeisterte Kunden zu machen. Vor einigen Tagen habe ich mehrere telefonisch bestellte Artikel abgeholt, habe jedoch erst am folgenden Tag bemerkt, dass eine Kleinigkeit fehlte (nicht schlimm, kann ja passieren). Schon bei meiner telefonischen Rückfrage hat man sich in aller Form entschuldigt. Bei der Abholung des fehlenden Artikels wurde ich mehr als positiv überrascht: eine Mitarbeiterin brachte überreichte mir nicht nur den fehlenden Artikel sondern auch eine Tafel Merci-Schokolade mit der Bemerkung "Eigentlich sollte SORRY und nicht MERCI draufstehen. Frohe Weihnachten". Solche positiven Erlebnisse bleiben in Erinnerung.
The Birkenapotheke knows how to turn satisfied customers into enthusiastic customers. A few days ago I picked up several items that I had ordered by phone, but only noticed the next day that something was missing (not bad, it can happen). Already when I asked about it over the phone, they apologized in all kinds of ways. When I picked up the missing item, I was more than positively surprised: an employee brought me not only the missing item but also a bar of Merci chocolate with the comment "It should actually say SORRY and not MERCI. Merry Christmas". Such positive experiences will be remembered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne kleine Apotheke, Personal ist freundlich und kompetent. Parkplätze vorhanden. Kleines Manko, ein Vordach über dem Eingang wäre nicht schlecht, sonst steht man im Regen. Also, Regenschirm/Jacke nicht vergessen.
Very nice little pharmacy, staff is friendly and competent. Parking lots available. Small drawback, a canopy over the entrance would not be bad, otherwise you stand in the rain. So don't forget your umbrella / jacket.

Ob die Modernisierung auch mehr an Kunden und Umsatz bringt wird die Zeit zeigen.
Pharmacy under renovation, everything will be new.
