Nice and helpful staff, good advice - a pharmacy as it should be. My advice. There is (almost) always parking in front of the door!

Man kann sich mit den Vetkäufetinnen nicht zu Sachthemen unterhalten, da sie schlechtweg nichts wissen und prinzipiell keine Auskünfte geben können. Aktuellster Vorfall: Ich habe nach einer Kortisonsalbe verlangt. Der Verkäuferin sogar beide Handelsnamen genannt. Daraufhin wurde ich nach dem Rezept gefragt. Als ich dies verneinte, startete eine investigative Befragung, wofür die Salbe benötigt wird und, ob ich nicht etwas anderes nehmen kann. Kortisonprodukte mit <=0,5mg Kortison sind rezeptfrei verkäuflich und das sollte bekannt sein. Inkompetenz in Verbindung mit Unfreundlichkeit ist schlicht inakzeptabel. Es gibt da auch andere Apotheken. Der Kunde wählt aus. The staff are either poorly trained assistants or pharmacists who have now forgotten everything about their studies. You cannot talk to the salespeople on factual issues because they simply don't know anything and in principle cannot provide any information. Most recent incident: I asked for a cortisone ointment. The seller even mentioned both trade names. I was then asked for the recipe. When I said no, an investigative questioning started what the ointment is needed for and whether I can take something else. Cortisone products with <= 0.5mg cortisone can be sold without a prescription and this should be known. Incompetence combined with unfriendliness is simply unacceptable. There are other pharmacies there too. The customer chooses.
