Ein Pfichtbesuch für alle nicht Vegetarier. Great butcher Gigantic selection Full professionals who are very helpful in the selection of the goods and their preparation. A must visit for all non-vegetarians.
J	Janskovitsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach super diese Fleischerei. Bin das erste mal vor 2 Jahren auf dieses sehr modern eingerichtete Geschäft gestoßen. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei, von einem super Pferdeleberkas, über Knacker, Schinken, selbstgemachten Hundeleckerlis und mehr, bis zum meiner Meinung nach goldenen Gral, dem Dry-aged Rindslungenbraten. Der Chef is immer für einen Schmäh zu haben und generell ist die Stimmung trotz Weihnachtschaos letztens immer gut. Hin und wieder bekommt man etwas geschenkt, ob ein Hendlflügerl alla Lollipop, ein paar Scheiben Käse oder eine Leberkassemmel. Sehr familiär, aber dennoch professionell und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ich habe meine Metzgerei gefunden. Just great this butcher shop. I came across this very modern shop for the first time 2 years ago. There is something for everyone, from a super horse liver cheese, crackers, ham, homemade dog treats and more, to what I believe to be the golden grail, the dry-aged beef lung roast. The boss is always up for a joke and in general the mood is always good despite the Christmas chaos. Every now and then you get something for free, whether it's a chicken alla lollipop, a few slices of cheese or a liver roll. Very familiar, but still professional and are on hand with advice and action. I found my butcher shop.
R	Rudi ZWÖLFER on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe noch nie so einen miesen Leberkäse gegessen ,das sage aber nicht nur ich sondern 99% von meinen Spital (WSP) und das beste ist die Weltmeister Blutwurst, wahrscheinlich haben sie sich den Titel selber gegeben die ist so was von grauslich und auch das sag nicht nur ich... I have never eaten such a bad liver cheese, but not only I say that, but 99% of my hospital (WSP) and the best is the world champion blood sausage, probably they gave themselves the title which is something horrible and also say that not only me...

Dies obwohl derzeit eine Maskenpflicht gilt und keine Schutzvorrichtungen vorhanden sind. Finde dies eigentlich beschämend, vor allem weil die Fleischerei neben einem Krankenhaus gelegen ist. Viele der Kunden holen sich ihr Mittagessenbei Ihnen (lassen es sich bringen), müssen anschließend wieder auf die Station und mit der derzeitigen Coronasituation umgehen und arbeiten. Da wirkt es beinahe beschämend wenn ich dafür arbeite, dass Menschen gesunden nur um dann in ein Geschäft einkaufen zu gehen in welchen sich die Mitarbeiter nicht an die Maßnahmen halten. Actually a very good butcher shop, but yesterday I went shopping and was looked after by the staff without a mask. This is despite the fact that a mask is currently required and there are no protective devices. I actually find this shameful, especially because the butcher shop is located next to a hospital. Many of the customers get their lunch from you (have it brought to them), then have to go back to the ward and deal with the current corona situation and work. It almost seems shameful when I work to ensure that people get healthy only to go shopping in a shop in which the employees do not adhere to the measures.

Handwerkliche Arbeit in diesem Gewerbe ist selten geworden. Hier stimmt alles: eigene und zugekaufte (italienische) Wurstwaren, Fleisch in bester Qualität, lange gereifte Steaks, alles geschmacklich großartig. Wenn schon Fleisch, dann in dieser Form und Qualität! A rare gem from Fleischhauer. Driven all the way through Vienna for a test, the conclusion: it was worth it. Manual work in this trade has become rare. Everything is right here: own and bought (Italian) sausages, meat of the best quality, long-aged steaks, everything tastes great. If meat, then in this form and quality!
